“I had old 3/4" u-matic tapes, some of which may have had age issues. Everpresent was able to transfer them to an mp4 format and I was able to download the files without a problem from their site. They did what they said they would be able to do.”

On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated.
In summary, I had very good dealings with the EverPresent people, communication was very good. My films were processed in a reasonable time, the mp4 files were labeled as I requested and everything I sent was returned to me.
