“I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. That was before I called yet again and Brady Richter answered the phone, fortunately for me. He patiently listened to my frustrating story and said he would look into it and get back to me.
