"Very light, nimble and agile compared my heavier wheels like the EX30 and Commander Pro. I changed the stock tire with a Shinko 244 for better feel on the street. The suspension has never bottomed out with 12inch curb drops. The 66lb version is too tight for my weight without gear and additional backpack items, but still get about 20% sag when I get on the wheel on the softest setting, so it feels like there\u2019s plenty of travel. There are quickly coming out with 3D printed parts every other day which I appreciate. The community around this wheel is amazing. It has superb acceleration without high speed mode turned on. The braking is horrible though. It needs to stop faster. That\u2019s my quick review. "

Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service! “So I was looking at the RS and had a few questions. I emailed eWheels and they got back to me with all the answers plus photos, mind you this was the every next day. The service was phenomenal to say the least. At purchase the PayPal link was acting screwy, I called eWheels and we got it handled over the phone. My RS came 5 days later and the rest is history. “I had a pleasant experience dealing with eWheels. I had questions about the scooter I was considering and sent an email asking them. I got a response within hours, and then placed my order. Again, within hours I received an email notifying me the product was shipping that day, with a tracking number. Two days later I checked on the tracking and saw that the carrier had not received the shipment yet. I emailed asking about it. First thing Monday morning (California time) I received an apologetic response saying there'd been a mixup, and that the item would be shipped that day, which it was. Customer service was excellent, Yet one star missing for the mixup in shipping.”

“eWheels.com is pretty awesome. Placed a order for the RS19 hs after asking a few questions about batteries and fires. They told me what changes were made to meet their expectations. Shipping was fast. 2 days faster than expected. Only flaw was it's missing 1 screw on the side cover. My euc came with spiked pedals and a knobby tire. Saved me a chunk of change not having to purchase thar separately. Very happy with my purchase. 20 bucks in velcro and a spool of tpu and my wheel is looking good. I recommend doing business with eWheels.com.”

“Purchased the Gotway/Begode RS19 HS. Aside from getting caught up in the shipping container debacle (shipment sat off-coast in the water for nearly 2mos), it was a smooth and exciting transaction. Thank You so much, eWheels and Jason!!! Package arrived in top condition. This is my first EUC and one of the most fun material possessions I've Ever nervously pulled the trigger on! Even better is the fact that this is the most recent batch. Love the large, spiked honeycomb pedals, the knobby tire, the led display, the free power pads, free mudguard (though hard to fit with the knobby tire), and free wrist guards, and updated plug mount and rubber cover. And love that Gotway cross/upgraded to Li-Tec batteries. This machine is a life changer for this 46yo average-sized bow-legged dude, and I'm eternally grateful to eWheels and the EUC community in general. No regrets, just love! Pull the trigger!!!”

They have been extremely responsive to all of my questions and the products were shipped super fast. As for the equipment, the V11 is an awesome machine. It didn't take long at all to figure out how to ride it. The build quality is super robust. It is a heavy wheel, but that only adds to the statement that it is a quality and robust product. The only thing I would change is shipping with FedEx…they are terrible and delayed delivery for 3 DAYS! That’s not on Ewheels, it shipped quickly and FedEx delayed. Maybe consider another shipper? UPS is much better! Drew was outstanding with his advice and because the matte black KS18XL had just gone out if stock, he offered a white on with a free black Roll.NZ neoprene cover…which I love! “I love my Vsett 8! The shocks on it are phenomenal/it rides real smooth. I'm about 100lbs, so I can get the scooter to reach 28-30mph, & I can get almost 50 miles range out of it. 100% worth the money. I was skeptical about the air tire up front (I've only ridden scooters with solid tires), but it's holding up great & actually makes for a smoother ride. Plus the wheel itself is quite sturdy. The only complaint I have about the scooter is the adjustable handlebar slides down on me sometimes, but other than that, it's perfect for me getting around town. I also highly recommend buying the fast charger the eWheels guys have for sale, because it took 10hrs to fully charge my scooter after a long day cruising around D.C. The final thing I have to say is eWheels customer service is some of the best I have experienced. Even if you don't want the Vsett 8, I'd recommend purchasing from this company.”

“Scooter is amazing… Very powerful and fast… Most of the time I ride in mode 1 single motor… However what’s the full volts I’m supposed to be at when the scooter is fully charged? I wish there was an fix in terms of sports mode… When you put the scooter in sports mode you cannot turn it off unless the you power down the scooter … I found a small crack of my scooter board… Can you guys send my out a new board..
