"This was my first wheel purchase after riding my buddies older v12 and couldn\u2019t be more happy with the level of service. Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service! "

"I ordered the Inmotion V12 HT unicycle twice from Amazon, and both times I received defective units. It was a terrible experience, and the refund process to close the deal was lengthy. However, when eWheels was recommended to me as an excellent store with superb service, I decided to take a chance for the third time. The eWheels managers answered all my questions, helped me choose, and offered several unicycle options. I ordered the Inmotion V12 PRO, which was delivered in perfect condition and arrived two days earlier than expected. Additionally, they included gloves, power pads and a seat in the package. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Thank you! I will recommend this store to everyone as a team of professionals who know their business. Thank you!"

"Great wheel. The only complaints I have are overvoltage of the charger (can be adjusted using the potentiometer inside the charger though) and tolerance issues with the construction of the wheel (the back of the right battery box appears to be skewed inwards by about 1-2mm towards the motor rim). Other than that, the Lynx is fantastic - incredible acceleration and agility despite its size, and progressive springs that handle big drops like a champ."

The store is always stocked full of goodies and necessary parts. I have purchased 10 vehicles from them over the 7 years I have been riding. “Bought an Inmotion V8F and I am loving the experience. I had to jump off while learning to ride multiple times and the cover has helped protect the wheel. It is very sturdy. I've fallen off one time on the sidewalk at about 18mph and the eWheels wrist guards saved my wrist and hands while the wheel went sailing across one lane, luckily there were no cars around. The wheel is still going and at 57 I'm having a great time. I've had one issue when learning to ride. A rubber piece appeared below the handle and eWheels helped me repair without having to send the wheel in. Their response was quick and the solution was on point. I plan on buying an Extreme Bull Commander Mini after I gain more experience.”

The team are very knowledgeable about the devices they sell and have always guided me towards the right vehicle. I've purchased parts and needed advice on installation and maintenance. They were on top of it and gave me the impression that they knew what they were talking about. I have used one other pev dealer and my experience with them was not nearly as positive as it is with ewheels USA. The wheel itself, the Patton, I love it. It has good range for what it is Suspension is so smooth. The feed back fron the wheel while riding is engaging. Feels good to just ride around. I don't feel the need to push it hard. It doesn't take a lot of effort to get it moving. Set up out of the box was very easy. Pad set up was intuitive. Fitted my usual style of riding without much fiddling with the pads. It also looks really good.”

“I decided to preorder the patton as the second EUC I have owned (first with suspension). The preorder was scheduled to be filled mid/late July so I was expecting to receive early August. Got a notification on the 9th saying my wheel was ready to ship and upon final payment was out the door same day. Being all the way across the US I got it on the 13th. Was very happy to get it early. I could tell after unboxing the wheel it had been quality checked and came fully charged! Have had it for just a few days and have put over 70 miles on it. No issues, noises or problems whatsoever.
