"This was my first wheel purchase after riding my buddies older v12 and couldn\u2019t be more happy with the level of service. Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service! "

"I ordered the Inmotion V12 HT unicycle twice from Amazon, and both times I received defective units. It was a terrible experience, and the refund process to close the deal was lengthy. However, when eWheels was recommended to me as an excellent store with superb service, I decided to take a chance for the third time. The eWheels managers answered all my questions, helped me choose, and offered several unicycle options. I ordered the Inmotion V12 PRO, which was delivered in perfect condition and arrived two days earlier than expected. Additionally, they included gloves, power pads and a seat in the package. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Thank you! I will recommend this store to everyone as a team of professionals who know their business. Thank you!"

"Great wheel. The only complaints I have are overvoltage of the charger (can be adjusted using the potentiometer inside the charger though) and tolerance issues with the construction of the wheel (the back of the right battery box appears to be skewed inwards by about 1-2mm towards the motor rim). Other than that, the Lynx is fantastic - incredible acceleration and agility despite its size, and progressive springs that handle big drops like a champ."

“I was in the market for a new EUC (I come from the onewheel world) and had heard that Ewheels has a great reputation for both great products and great service. I am new to the EUC world and was very hesitant to drop $3200 on a wheel but after quite a bit of research and after quite a few email exchanges with Jason, I decided to go with the Begode Master with the Litech long range battery and I couldn't be happier!! Jason has been extremely patient with me and my questions and walked me through every step. I now have 60 miles on my wheel and I can't wait to see where my wheel takes me next!! 100% recommend Ewheels and if I ever have the need for another wheel (I have a V12 and an Mten3), I definitely will be calling the homies at Ewheels!!”

“There's a lot of praise for eWheels on the internet. Fortunately, I haven't had to put their support to the test yet. My Inmotion V12 HT arrived quickly and all has been working as expected. I've ordered some additional parts from eWheels (seat and honeycomb pedals), cause their prices were significantly better than Amazon's even with shipping costs which eWheels decided to refund after ordering - I think the website charged for shipping accidentally. But IMO, their action to correct this without me bringing it to their attention speaks to their credibility as an honest business. I also feel more confident with my purchase from eWheels knowing that they've built a reputation for providing great customer service for the products they sell. I have 0 complaints and I intend to continue ordering from them in the future.”

“I recently purchased the Inmotion V12HT for a Xmas present to myself. I shopped around a lot before the purchase and eWheels.com had the best price (Amazon, Eevee's, etc). I didn't know much about the company before the purchase so I was a little hesitant, but the communication/support I got before, during and after that purchase was excellent. Response time to all my questions was very fast. There was also a small gift from eWheels included in the box which was a total surprise. I haven't had the chance to ride the V12HT yet so not much I can review about that but so far 100% happy with my purchase. I would purchase from eWheels again.”
