"This was my first wheel purchase after riding my buddies older v12 and couldn\u2019t be more happy with the level of service. Had a few questions that were answered promptly by the ewheels team and everything was shipped so professional ( forgot to take pictures of everything packed was too excited to open. ) would definitely order from them again when i go to make another wheel purchase!! The only thing that i will say is though i was a tad bummed they were out of stock of the seat kit for my v14 so i did get a shock instead but was hoping for the seat instead ( but will just have to wait till in stock and purchase), but again over all amazing service! "

"I ordered the Inmotion V12 HT unicycle twice from Amazon, and both times I received defective units. It was a terrible experience, and the refund process to close the deal was lengthy. However, when eWheels was recommended to me as an excellent store with superb service, I decided to take a chance for the third time. The eWheels managers answered all my questions, helped me choose, and offered several unicycle options. I ordered the Inmotion V12 PRO, which was delivered in perfect condition and arrived two days earlier than expected. Additionally, they included gloves, power pads and a seat in the package. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Thank you! I will recommend this store to everyone as a team of professionals who know their business. Thank you!"

"Great wheel. The only complaints I have are overvoltage of the charger (can be adjusted using the potentiometer inside the charger though) and tolerance issues with the construction of the wheel (the back of the right battery box appears to be skewed inwards by about 1-2mm towards the motor rim). Other than that, the Lynx is fantastic - incredible acceleration and agility despite its size, and progressive springs that handle big drops like a champ."

“Excellent customer service! Despite the included scooter carrying strap not arriving with the scooter as expected, eWheels quickly sent another strap on its way. Unfortunately, the strap does not seem to be compatible with the E-TWOW GT SE due to its design (or I could just be too stupid to figure it out). A different website (https://theescooterco.com/products/e-twow-shoulder-strap) reveals that "this shoulder strap is compatible with the E-Twow S2 Booster, Master and Eco, as well as the URBN 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2." - notably NOT the GT series. Now I have a strap that does nothing for me. Maybe I can return it or pass it on to someone else who can use it...”

“This is my first electric scooter and let me tell you I’m so grateful I did! I’m 6’1 185 pounds and this thing hulas me!, I took it out today for the first time on my commute to work and it was a blast! And a little intermediating at first but easy right after you settle in. The ironic part is it’s not even the turbo lighting + it’s just the turbo lighting with the 975wh battery, I can just imagine if I had the + it would definitely toss me off lol. Over all worth penny! Definitely recommend this scooter for fast commute to work.”

“eWheels has the best customer service of any company I have ever seen. They reply to questions via email, often within a few minutes and definitely within a couple hours. They’ve been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had any kind of problem and have covered warrantee repair issues quickly and efficiently. More than once I’ve asked for a small replacement part that they’ve sent out to me quickly and said ‘no charge’. They’re super knowledgeable, and everyone I’ve spoken with holds them in very high regard. They have super competitive prices and I see no reason whatsoever to buy my unicycles from any other place. I know this is clearly a glowing review but believe me, it’s all for very good reason. I genuinely feel like these guys care about their customers and they show it every day whenever anything is needed. I confidently tell anyone who asks about my unicycle, go to ewheels.com. It’s hands-down the best place I know of for buying one (and yes I have tried a couple other places early on and had issues with them). Once I found eWheels though, everything has been smooth sailing in terms of upgrading to new wheels and dealing with issues as they arise.”

“The Sherman Max seat is one of the most comfortable EUC seats I have had the pleasure to sit on. The latches that hold it in place will not allow the seat to be dislodged during a tumble. You can quickly remove the seat or undo the rear one and lift it for access to the screen. The seat is just wide enough in the front that it can also provide additional leverage on the wheel in quick turns. The other not about the swell and the slight width increase in the front is it allows you to use to in addition to power pads for extra pressure on the wheel while torquing the wheel. Customer service at eWheels is some of the best I have had when purchasing parts for a EUC or even a new wheel. My inquiries before the purchase of the new wheel and its accessories were answered the same day, usually within an hour. The way eWheel deals with customers has gained them a new customer. One of the keynotes about dealing with eWheels is they are personable. They do not treat you like you are just another customer. They take their time answering your questions. The team will hold a conversation with you answering questions, providing input, and helping you with any issues you may have.”

“I can't say enough about how awesome the staff is @Ewheels.com. The communication is good, along with their customer service, consideration and the effort they put in to make things right if there is any issues. I bent the rim on my RS19 and sent it off for replacement on a Friday morning and I had it back the following Friday in the morning. Throughout my relationship with them there have been a few times when they sent me something Out of courtesy with no extra cost. I also love the fact that When they have unicycles in stock and I decide to buy one, it only takes 3 days for me to receive it. It could be longer for sure. “Yeah, so I bought a Veteran Sherman early part of last year and I must say, it is one of the best investments I have ever made. I have trails near my house and I am able to experience so much of nature and wildlife as ride for miles . My community is much smaller now cause in the summer months I am all over the place. My wife, in her desire to share my passion, has attempted to learn. She can ride the Sherman, but think she struggles a little with its weight.
