“Jason his team are the absolute best. I just purchased my second wheel thru them ( commander!!) And it's been amazing at every step. I am thankful for the top level customer service, warranty, etc. Just above and beyond. I'll be back for another wheel now that I'm in love with hobby, and 100% will be with ewheels for life. Thanks again!”

“I have bought a total of 5 wheels from eWheels over the past 3 years. The service and support has been amazing. I really can’t say anything negative about my experiences this far. Jason and his team have always responded promptly and professionally every time I have presented a question or concern. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and work hard to fit you with the right product for you. I will continue to recommend and purchase all my EUC needs from them.”

“Extremely helpful... for the years that iv been a customer i'v had tons of support and help even when products from companies like Gotway/Begode have been a pain in the ass. Keep up the good work guys... appreciate all that you do! I recommend eWheels even over a big distributor very close to where I live... that says a lot.”

“I was skeptical on where to spend this kind of money (I got the Sherman max) but ewheels took insanely great care of me during processing my deposit all the way up until my Sherman was shipped. They’re easy to reach out to and on top of getting your order shipped out quick after payment is finalized”

“I'm giving Ewheels team 5 star rating. Their sales teams responded to all of inquiries and questions. Informed me of any changes in shipping and kept me up to date. I received my Sherman Max without a charging cord and their team was promt in making sure i received another cord in the fastest way possible,and for that i am very greatful. “After months of research on onewheels and eucs I made the decision to buy the veteran Sherman max based on top speed and range. It was a very nerve racking feeling spending that kind of money online but the positive reviews I saw from YouTube reviewers made that decision a little bit easier. I reached out to the team to make sure they had some left in stock and they were very quick to respond and let me know they had a couple left. I immediately placed my order and it was to my door within a week. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the quick turn around from the ewheels team. I Would recommend them to anyone looking for their first personal electric vehicle. Great job team!”

“ewheels is the best. They noted that my shipment could be sped up by 3 or 4 days allowing me to ride over the weekend and got my KS18XL to me next day WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. Great communication. Superb service. This is my 3rd KS I have purchased from ewheels. I will buy my next wheel here as well.”

“I have used eWheels for purchasing too many wheels and a scooter and have always found it a good experience. When small issues arise from time to time, eWheels support always responds promptly and helps to resolve them. The most recent purchase was a Sherman Max EUC which I've been very pleased with - a costly purchase, but it is easy to see the quality in this wheel. Based on my experience with eWheels, and I'd consider myself one of their "frequent fliers", I would recommend them to anyone considering purchasing an EUC, scooter, part, or accessory.”
