“Purchased and received a V8F from eWheels in Early September as a starter wheel to get me into the world of EUCs. The product came in pristine condition, in addition to the incredible support & response times provided by the eWheels team when it comes questions and delivery updates. eWheels is known for their support and this is why they are my go to for EUC related purchases moving forward. “I have been using ewheels for all of my EUC purchases in the past two years that I have jumped into EUC's. They have been outstanding across the board. Their wheels are top notch and their prices are consistent with every other reseller. What really makes them stand apart is their customer service. If only every other company was this good! Whenever I have had an issue with my wheels are equipment they are ON IT. They have had new parts to me in literally days with pretty much zero hassle. The fact that they went through the trouble to redesigned and outfit their new Begode/Gotway wheels with significantly safer battery packs really says it all. It is safety and customer first at all times. This is by far the most important thing to me and for this alone makes them the go-to distributor for me.”

“Even in the current "everything is delayed" environment, they we were able to get my wheel to me in a very reasonable time frame. I had originally ordered an Inmotion V8F but decided to switch to a KS16S partly due to shipping delays on the former and I realized I'd probably be happier with the range of the latter. eWheels were able to make the switch with no problem. The wheel even arrived two days earlier than the final shipping estimate they gave me, arriving on my birthday! A very pleasant surprise.”

“your service and advice were uncommonly good. thank you. your constant updates were amusing and detailed; shipping from the dock to my door was spot on. got my wheel in early july. it is performing as expected. thank you also for the wrist guards. got a cover. looks great. each time i ride i go further and further. one day i am afraid i will have to walk home. one last thing; i am 61 years old and had open heart surgery in february. this old dog is learning new tricks....”

“i have at a half dozen chargers from my various PEVs, and BY A LONG SHOT my EWheels 5v charger is the highest quality and fullest featured. i have another almost identical charger from a different retailer (same model number even) however the display on my EWheels Charger gives me much more information. Being that the EWheels 5v charger services Gotway, Kingsong and InMotion all with different pigtails, though i had indicated on my order Gotway, I almost instantly got an email asking me to verify which model EUC i had, to make sure i got the correct version. i have several times ordered a specific variation of an item like this from other companies, and it's heartbreaking when it arrives, you open it up and find it isn't correct. How great they take the time to make sure you have a great experience.”

“What can i say about ewheels? Well nothing that hasn't already been said so many times. The team at ehweels is amazing. Never once did a question go unanswered. Even when my item was delayed into an oblivion due to worldwide supply chain nightmares. They always responded, and always had every option on the table. I even needed some support after my product arrived and their support was outstanding! I really love doing business with them, and would suggest using them to anyone who is looking to purchase a PEV in the US.”

“Simply the best place to purchase an EUC! Excellent customer service, lightning fast response and quick shipping. The only thing I would change is shipping with FedEx…they are terrible and delayed delivery for 3 DAYS! That’s not on Ewheels, it shipped quickly and FedEx delayed. Maybe consider another shipper? UPS is much better! Drew was outstanding with his advice and because the matte black KS18XL had just gone out if stock, he offered a white on with a free black Roll.NZ neoprene cover…which I love! So now I can have a black or white wheel! Very happy dealing with Ewheels, bought my V10F from them with the same level of awesome service, my V12 is coming from them (excellent communication through the pre-order process, wheels just shipped), and an S20 is on preorder also. Ewheels has earned my business for all my EUC needs, and I needs EUCs!”

“Thank you for promptly answering my emails. After the initial learning experience, the V8F has been working well. I do wish that Inmotion would improve their phone App as the login doesn’t work well. I will be upgrading to a wheel with more range in the near future.”

“Global shipping delays led to my wheel not getting here for over a month, but customer support was extremely helpful when I had questions. They sent me tracking info for the shipping container and answered all my questions quickly. Definitely will use them again if/when I go to upgrade. I ordered the V8F and it is everything I hoped it would be. Even came with 2 covers that I didn't know would be included. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and ordering with eWheels, global shipping issues notwithstanding.”

“Ordered my first EUC (KS 16s) ever from eWheels and it game quickly as scheduled. I had to reach out about my order right after placing it and they were prompt and professional in responding. Like I said, my 1st EUC. I was able to circle a large parking lot on my 1st day out. If I stick with it (I'm 50+ yrs old), I would order from eWheels again.”

“Great service and response before my purchase made this vender my choice for buying my first wheel. Follow up questions on charging and servicing were answered on a Sunday. This vender rocks. I ended up purchasing a Kingsong 16X, a fast charger, and protection cover. All components are top quality.”
