“It was such a breath of fresh air each time I called on several occasions. Each time employees were so courteous and you could sense in their tone of voice they sincerely wanted to help you each time. I called more than the average customer because I needed more help on making my decision to what my choices would be. The quality of the products I purchased was impeccable and the shipping was very quick and complete tracking was provided as it progessed thru the shipping networks. “I ordered a small item, the Polar Pro Litechaser Pro bluetooth shutter button to use with my iphone photography rigs, there as a very minor hiccup with the tracking system used by canada post stating it had been delived but it had not and yet still continued to update within the tracking system. The shipping staff at Excellent photo jumped on it right away to help find out what was going on and help in any way they could, long story short it was just a glitch and the very next day the item arrived perfectly fine! i highyly reccemond ExcellentPhoto.ca for your camera equipment needs and i know i will be back to order more from this awesome Canadian company!”
