“We ordered Kangaroo photo albums and requested that they be sent by courier rather than Canada Post because of the possiblity of a strike soon. The special request was confirmed, but when the shipping notice was sent, "Canada Post" appeared. Fortunately I was able to communicate the issue to a coordinator, who immediately arranged to change the shipper to a courier service. I am vey happy that customer service was quick to respond, and our package arrived on time. I would recommend Excellent Photo-the staff supported us well when we needed it.”

“J'ai payé pour un livraison chez moi en 2 à 5 jours. Le colis à été livré 10 jours plus tard dans un bureau de poste coin Rosemont/Iberville ds l'arrondissement Rosemont alors que mon adresse est ds Hochelaga coin Pie-Ix et Ontario et qu'il y a un bureau de poste à 2 minutes de là. Je comprends le rapatriement du colis au bureau de poste quand nous ne sommes pas à la maison lors de la livraison, mais qu'il assoit amener ds un point de collecte aussi loin de chez moi que votre boutique, je trouve cela très ordinaire. Une échange courriel concernant le retard du à vos vacances, n'a pas été très sympathique. J'étais responsable de savoir que vous étitez en vacances!?! Sur la page du produit et quand je m,informais sur la livraison, en aucun cas un pop up n'est apparut pour informer du fait qu'il n'y avait pas de livraison. Vous avez peut-être mis une note sur votre page dAccueil ou dans les horraire, mais je suit passé directement sur la page du produit. J'ai reçu une confirmation de commande et de livriason en 2 à 5 jours. Je pense qu'il y a eu une lacune du côté de la mise à disposiiton de l'information. Vous avez simplement accepté le paiement pour la livraison sans l'honoré. Je suis très déçue.”

“I bought a monopod and the mechanism to tighten or loosen the plate to the head was not attached, and it did not have the right size of bolt inside so it has fallen off. It's a huge pain and I'll need to repair it.”

“A fraudulent company that does not respect customers. I bought a camera from them and it did not arrive. When I called them, they told me to wait 4 weeks. When I asked them for a refundThey told me they will send the money after 10 days. I do not advise anyone to buy from them.”

“I purchased two ROOTS "1973" camera pouches from ExcellentPhoto at an excellent price and with very low shipping. Unfortunately the pouches are a little too small for my camera -- I relied on the photo and it looked the same as the one I am replacing (a ROOTS "D1", or "D2" is OK), but it is in fact a different model in a slightly smaller size. But that's OK, perhaps I can use them for something else, or even sell them at some point. (Returning is an option, but not cost-effective.) In any case, I tried to order the correct size camera pouch from ExcellentPhoto, but they don't carry the "D1" or "D2". They are almost impossible to find -- I've looked occasionally over the years -- but I did find the case at another shop (PixM Photo Video), for almost TWICE the price, and shipping cost MORE THAN TWICE (they use only Purolator). I needed a new case desperately, so I ordered it anyway. I'm not happy about it, but such is life. But for the record, I am very pleased with the product & service from ExcellentPhoto and I would buy from them again!”

“I was trying to purchase a new and hard to find Canon R5 mkii (new release). Could not find the camera anywhere in Canada...every place had no stock and wait lists. Unexpectedly, I received a back in stock alert from Excellent Photo and could not believe it. I jumped on line and placed an order for the only one they had in stock ! The camera was shipped the very next morning and Fedex delivered on time to Vancouver B.C. Excellent service from Excellent Photo......will be ordering again from them.”
