“Early flight to the US and booked this lounge which was excellent. It was peaceful, the food was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Would book again.”

“Spent a relaxing two hours in the lounge waiting for a flight to Singapore. The food was excellent and I chatted with a couple on way to Greece. It was a pleasant way to start my holuday, I would recommend it to all”

“Easy booking process. The Heathrow Lounge is a great lounge, the food and drinks are very good. Service is also good. Can be a little busy sometimes but there's always plenty of seating and it's always clean and well maintained.”

“Great good and drinks, nice place to chill. Lady on reception even arranged a wheelchair for me as she knew the distance to the gate would be to far for me to walk....that is what I call great service!”

“After a disastrous visit last August, I was given a 25o/o discount for my next visit which I did in February. I can only say what a difference. Everything was perfect, the food was good, the staff attentive, and we were made to feel very welcome. I look forward to my next visit in August with my family.”
