Booked the lounge in Calgary, Canada. The lounge was fairly crowded. The food was AWFUL! I don't expect five star food but this was beyond bad. Also the ladies at the desk where you checked in never cracked a smile and looked as though they didn't enjoy their job. The airport in Calgary is quite nice and the folks at Air Canada told us we could go sit down in the Marriott lounge which was was nicer and had we known that would have just camped out there and skipped Executive Lounge. In Calgary the lounge is not worth the price.

The service was terrible. There were no comfortable seats to relax on, the facilities were not sufficient enough. Definitely will not be using this lounge again.

The lounge was very small with tables close together. Very few hot food options, once ordered arrived within 5 minutes so barely fresh. My husbands scrambled eggs on sourdough bread, was gross, eggs looked more like cous cous, and the bread was the cheapest wholemeal bread like you get in a supermarket not and certainly not sourdough. I ordered a sausage bap, which again tasted like it was made with the cheapest bread and sausages. Available snacks were poor quality. Did not feel like we got our moneys worth with this visit, and would not use this lounge again.

I ordered the scrambled egg on sour dough, it smelt very bad of fish, 3 further customers also returned them, no alternative was offered one guy got and walked to the kitchen to demand an alternative, staff were bickering in the reception area, no one said good morning or made eye contact, I was appalled, at the service and the unfriendly atmosphere, I would like a refund, as I ate no food and was given a third of glass of horrible wine, bartender didn't know what Chardonnay was, and didn't know or couldn't read what was on the bottle she served me

Booked time slot online, arrived and was told the lounge was closing early so I wouldn't be allowed entry. Still waiting on the refund.

London Heathrow Terminal 5 Lounge, Inedible cooked breakfast, we ordered a bottle of prosecco as soon as we had finished it we left to find some decent food. Would not like this to reflect on the Bristol Lounge which has always been outstanding.

Very poor crowded “space” - we asked for a refund as we could not get seats ( they were still selling access at the door) Suddenly they opened reserved space that we were told was closed to customers. Food was mediocre undercooked and tasteless even though we had too order online on arrival. Staff I felt could not cope with volume Not a patch on the quality that was there before lockdown Wrote to client service (again)but still no response

Very disappointing… firstly the lounge is supposed to be open till 9pm as on google.. Also being Wednesday… We were firstly told after arriving in lounge at 6pm that it will close 6.30pm.. The attitude of staff was that they did not want anyone coming in.. Then we were told only 3 drinks are allowed? There was 4 of us.. Very very disappointing … will not be attending and will stick to Emirates lounge once open…Harjinder Mann

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! So much of a shambles that I paid for 2 hours and only stayed 1 hour. Only 5 options on hot food order, 2 of them soup. Salad bowl not replenished. No cups for coffee. No cutlery. Staff more interested in chatting to each rather than working (at one point criticising other members of staff). Gentlemen delivering food to tables had his mask pulled down under his chin. Every table I saw being cleared was not cleaned before seating the next customer. A manager spoke to the lady behind the bar with so much venom that everyone around them was shocked. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Massively overcrowded - no benefit to booking in advance as had to queue with everyone who hadn't before I could enter. Was shown table and then left to figure out how to order food, which never arrived. Was more stressful than just waiting by the gate!

The food was a disgrace! You had to pay for Prosecco. Not too sure why when you can get wine inclusive. They had ham & cheese with crackers. No bread. I ordered mushroom soup. It was awful. No bread given. I asked for some and was told no! I wondered around for 5 minutes trying to find a seat to find numerous tables had reserved on them and I was told I couldn’t sit at one! Not too sure why? In the end I had to sit at one as there was no where else to sit. If you have paid to enter the lounge then you should be able to sit down!

Extremely cramped, tiny table! poor selection of food and serving staff seemed half arsed.

Payed £27 × 4 to start our holiday off. Food was cold and uneatable Due to a break down in the heating system as air conditioning was blowing cold. And could inside .Totally unacceptable. Should not have been open

We were told that the Expire lounge was closed but we had been transferred to the Escape lounge and to take our original booking and we would be able to go in there. When we got to the lounge we were told we did not have a booking and we could not go in the lounge unless we paid £40 each at such short notice we felt we had no choice and to save further embarrassment in front of other people we paid the £80 but we are totally disgusted by the service and would not recommend it

The bottom fell out of a glass that i was drinking out of, soaked me through, just as i was about to get on an 8hr flight, apart from letting me in the shower room to dry myself with an hairdryer dryer the management staff were the worst I've come across anywhere in the world,

Thanks very much for getting in touch and asking me to leave a review. I would love to be in a position to do so but unfortunately I was unable to get in! After queuing for some time I was informed by a smiling Sara (although it was through gritted teeth) that my booking had been cancelled and there was NOTHING she could do to help. Even after I showed my confirmation e-Mail she still insisted that there was no way they could fit us in and to contact whoever I booked with to get my money back. My partner is diabetic so it was rather distressing for him as we struggled to find another food outlet without a huge queue or long wait. Thank goodness WH Smith do meal deals. I have e-mailed you over 5 working days ago, and even though I have received a reference number I am still awaiting a response. Needless to say I will not recommend or use your services again and would advise that Sara takes a refresher course in her service skills. If I can’t leave a review of the lounge at least I can let you know about your poor standards of service. A very embarrassing experiencing in front of so many people. I look forward to any response or explanation and to receiving my refund.

Shambles! Sent thru the wrong detail of what lounge to use at Glasgow meant that my mother (was a gift to her) got 30mins use. Ruined the start of the holiday for her

Was excited to try the new Aspire lounge in Edinburgh airport. However was not a good experience. The breakfast was cold. No bacon. Then the lemonade in our drinks was off. It was soda we were drinking had to wait on someone coming to change it. Time in an airport is limited so unacceptable. The staff were lovely but run off there feet. Only 2 of them working. For a Saturday morning. Not good.
