“It was crowded and had difficulty social distancing. No control when at the buffet with crowds close together. Buffet is acceptable . Lack of space to relax.”

“This was a gift for my daughter who wanted to have as much space as possible at this time. She was quite surprised to be shown to a table to sit with someone else so she politely declined. Also very surprised bottled water was not available. Quite limited for vegan options too. However, it was OK overall but missing a couple of basics.”

“Unfortunately no possibility to take a shower or use the bathroom in the lounge at Nairobi. Had to go back in public area of the airport to use the bathroom there. For the rest it was a pleasant stay.”

“To be honest I was quite disappointed. It is the first time that we have used the lounge. There was a lack of cooked food and not much choice for the continental either. No atmosphere. On the plus side it was less stressful getting a drink and somewhere to sit.”

“Not up to standard of other lounges due to service. Very difficult to attract attention of staff who were mostly young and more interested in each other than guests. Felt awkward as if if we were a nuisance whenever we had to find someone to ask. Selection however was generally good just a shame service made it difficult to access.”

“Booked the lounge as was concerned that the airport might be crowded and thought the lounge would be more socially distanced. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We would have been better served to save our money and take a chance with getting more space in the airport. Food was not the greatest nor was the choice of drinks. All in all next time we will not bother to spend extra money when terminal five was adequate.”

“This is the first time I have used this lounge in Heathrow. My personal option is... it is not as good as Manchester, very little choice for breakfast. No beans, tomatoes, which made breakfast dry. No mushrooms. No toast ! No Danish pastries. Or muffins. Also this Lounge was a little overcrowded too.”

“First time in an airport lounge , (Heathrow aspire ) not a great first impression. I know there are covid restrictions but this has been used to serve up poor choice of food and snacks . The customer service was non existent . The only plus was the price but I am told other lounges are priced similar but you get twice the value .Improve,ent required quickly”

“The staff were fabulous and friendly. Great service. Food options are a little limited if you don't want a full English breakfast. Preferred the lounge when it was upstairs and had windows with a view of the airport.”
