“I brought this experience for my son he hasn’t been abroad for two years since the beginning of the pandemic , so for his Birthday I treated him to the Airport lounge before going on Holiday . It was his first experience and was amazed at the variety of breakfast and drinks .Thank you”

“It was the early hours so we was not at our best but the lounge was pretty faultless,people were very helpful and present.it would have been an easy 5 but food selection was limited, would definitely book again.😁”

“Although not available for arriving passengers, I booked online for a Domestic departure and learned my gate was next to the lounge immediately. Whilst in the lounge a lady who worked there offered to order hot food on her phone because I was not using QR codes that day. The food was well presented and vegetarian options adequate. Space could be more, could be private toilets and Swissport should lobby for lower lounge taxes.”

“The drinks and service were great. The breakfast was horrendous though. The sausages full of gristle and the bacon was 99percent fat. Shame as been before and great service it seems that its just lazily done now”

“Lounge area the ability to order hot food was excellent. I paid extra to use shower which I felt was in need of renovation. Definite signs of age. Shout out to Paulina who was an exllent, very helpful receptionist.”

“Very busy and staff eventually found us a seat. Although breakfast was finishing a very pleasant young lady said she would see if she could obtain one for us. She returned with two very nice breakfasts. Very customer focused staff.”

“No 1 Lounge Gatwick - no information given about food options other than "breakfast" menu given on arrival, not told when the change over to the "lunch" menu would be made and that option would have been a better choice. Apart from that....pleasant lounge and assuming more choice when Covid leaves us. Being able to pour coffee for myself a bonus. Toilets need some maintenance attention, no hand towels available. Aspire Lounge Inverness - not much choice; egg mayonaisse or coronation chicken sandwich. Had to wait for drinks to be served by hostess, unable to choose biscuits or cakes myself. Unsure why different rules for each lounge. Staff in Inverness very, very nice. Again pleasant clean lounge.”
