The Lanarca airport lounge was clean and well laid out, with a very nice terrace outside for those who want to grab the last dose of Cypriot sunshine before heading home. A couple of areas for improvement was be the management of seating. Seating was limited although it was not clear as to whether this was a result of overbooking the lounge, or potentially the fact that single or couples were taking up tables set up for 4 or more. I've seen this managed at other Aspire Lounges where tables are reserved for the correct party sizes, with control over the amount of time allocated. The fact that this wasn't the case at Lanarca resulted in a large queue growing at the entrance and people wandering around for some noticeable time before obtaining a seat, or just giving up and leaving. From a food and drinks perspective, the quality was excellent. Only a delay in topping up some items and access to bottled still water was a problem at times. Overall I would book again and hope to see some of these areas for improvement taken onboard

The new lounge at Edinburgh airport, very comfortable, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, however the breakfast was a very limited choice, and it was lukewarm, I did not feel it was worth the money.

I booked the lounge in Newcastle for 30th September and I received an email 2 weeks prior to say my booking was cancelled as the lounge was not open. It was disappointing as very few restaurants were open in the airport on the date. I still need to transfer it to another date. Prior to the pandemic I have visited on many occasions and enjoyed the experience

Have visited the executive lounge on numerous occasions when travelling on holiday. Unfortunately this visit was not as positive experience as all others. Though the staff were very welcoming and pleasant the choices of food on the menu were very poor. Hopefully when we travel again next May we will have a more positive experience.

We booked this for a relaxing and stress free start to our holiday, and first impressions were good. We got a nice welcome on arrival and signing in was easy. However, the explanation of the facilities was lacking. The tables we tried were all wonky, meaning I had to keep my foot on the base whilst eating. There was no milk at the tea station, and on asking, was directed to the breakfast area where full fat only was available for cereal. Worst of all, the quiet was disturbed by screaming young children and excitable pre-teens ruining the relaxed atmosphere we were looking for, despite the ‘quiet children’ only edict displayed on the rules of engagement situated on the stairs. In short, potentially a lovely facility but disappointing overall - must try harder.

We usually love to spend our waiting time in the executive lounge, but we are sad that the people who don’t care about others did find the lounge too… There are many places to sit down, but that doesn’t mean that you can put your luggage on two or three chairs, or lay yourself down to sleep on four chairs. In my opinion this is rude to all the other people who want to sit down too, and paid extra for it…

Generally just about ok, but it was rather crowded and I didn't expect to be at what was a sort of long desk for my time there. Would also have been good to have a brief explanation from the person showing me to my seat that drinks and some food was self-service, but others were ordered via the app.

Lovely staff. Very poor choice of food does not compare with the escape lounge. Only fried breakfast available and that was dry and overcooked. Sorry but will be returning to escape lounge

I arrived at 06.30 on 16/9 as I was told you opened at 05.00. However you didn’t open until 07.00 and my flight was called at 07.05. Really disappointing

Poor selection of food , very poor pastries of which there was a choice of two and they were either burnt or white and under cooked. No fresh milk for tea, bacon/sausage baps were very dry .
