The choice of foods and drinks were reasonable, not great!!! Tables were slowed to be cleaned and replacement food was slow coming out. Overall the experience was ok but not good value for money.

I understand due to the current covid conditions it was table service. However there was just not enough staff on to deliver the same service as you would expect from a help yourself service. When it became busy it felt you were waiting to be served a lot and having to look out for waitresses to ask for things to be cleared or another drink. I have no fault with the waitresses they were doing the best they could but it was too busy for them.

I would have loved to have been able to properly review the lounge however when I turned up for my visit it was closed. I had only booked this lounge 5 days in advance of my holiday and the lounge was offered and payment taken. I emailed Customer Services when I returned from holiday who said they were sorry I'd cancelled and they would process the refund. Sorry Aspire and Customer Services, I didn't cancel, I turned up and your lounge was closed. I have rated this as average as it would be an unfair rating for the lounge itself if I rated it poor overall.

The food available was limited and some of the food we ordered never arrived, I ordered two croissants which I'm glad I ordered two as they were mini croissants not normal sized. We waited quite a while in the queue and it was very busy and the seating was very limited. We were happy with the drinks selection.

Food wasn’t great and I had paid for shower but left and got my money back because they weren’t the best! Drinks being free was the only plus as they hadn’t really followed distance rules

The lounge is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. What definitely lets it down is the food. The cooked breakfast was inedible. This is because there are no cookers (because of fire regulations, we were told)!? The staff did offer us alternatives but they weren't what we wanted.

The service was good, however, the food in the Aspire Lounge was absolutely dire. I genuinely would have preferred a sandwich from other food outlets in the airport.

As my flight was cancelled with 3 hours notice, I was unable to go to the airport or make use of the lounge. However, no one from the lounge bothered to get it touch about my no show, let alone offer me a refund. Unacceptable customer service.

It is 12 months since our last visit to the airport lounge due to COVID-19 holiday cancellations and the lounge being temporarily closed. On our last visit the lounge was clean and the staff efficient and friendly. However the seating is uncomfortable in the main part of the lounge and always a restrictions on the use of the more comfortable seating area.

Very well socially distanced. However, the menu was very limited and not particularly good value for money.

Was quite disappointed. No toilet or wash facilities within the Lounge. Team were attentive, but selection was poor (I know it's Covid, but it felt like an excuse) - and the bacon bap was dry, un-buttered and very thin. Didn't feel worth the money.

Lounge very comfortable and relaxing. Little disappointed in the value and range due to the restrictions and not allowed to serve alcahol. Service and meal very good and staff helpful. With all the restrictions in place at the airport it was certainly better than sitting in the waiting areas and felt very relaxed before setting off.

We booked the lounge because we wanted space and privacy during the pandemic and it was adequate for just that reason. Would have preferred the toilet facilities to be available for visitors to the lounge only. That has been the case in every other lounge we have visited and is high in our priorities when using lounges. Food and drinks were fine. We were surprised that there was no need to book as ‘walk in ‘ clients were being accepted
