We booked the lounge because we wanted space and privacy during the pandemic and it was adequate for just that reason. Would have preferred the toilet facilities to be available for visitors to the lounge only. That has been the case in every other lounge we have visited and is high in our priorities when using lounges. Food and drinks were fine. We were surprised that there was no need to book as ‘walk in ‘ clients were being accepted

The lady serving us was absolutely fantastic. Sadly the experience was let down by having hardly any breakfast ingredients left. A limited selection of beers and poor house wine were also low points.

busy, limited choice, good service. Was hard to find a table as there were quite a few individuals taking up tables for 4.

Slower service than usual due to safety measure and policy.

Staff were lovely and pleasant but the restrictions with Covid 19 have made the experience a disappointment. Choice of menu also very very limited. Definitely not worth the money.

We chose the exec lounge thinking it would be less populated than the concourses re Covid secure. In the event that wasn't the case. I wouldn't choose a lounge again as time was limited and I wasn't impressed with the food and refreshments offer. Not worth the extra expense.

Nice and clean, comfortable however there was only two hot meal options which were disappointing as none were to my taste. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant but not enough of them. On this occasion I wouldn't say value for money but I have been to the Escape Lounge before and that was much better value.

Great stay in the longe. The only downside was having to sit separately, which seemed ridiculous when we had travelled together, gone through the airport together, then would be sitting on a packed plane for 4 hours! Spoiled our experience completely.

When on arrival at Glasgow airport, we discovered the lounge that was booked was closed , we were sent to the lomond lounge, where all drinks were not free you had to pay for premium drinks. That we did not do it would have been nice to have been told that during these unexpected times that the lounge booked was closed , was rather disappointing

A good experience. We thought a lounge would be value for money and a garenteed space to chill before the flight. It definitely ticked those boxes. However, the breakfast was quite poor and served on what looked like saucers instead of plates, it was like a kids option. We were also told toast wasnt served with breakfast, just some bread rolls which was odd. Drinks were served in half pint glasses, this wouldn't be a problem normally but as you are restricted to three drinks it is a bit of a con. All in all having the lounge was a nice option, but I'd either pay a bit more and stay in a better one or not bother at all. A few of the group commented that the airport was so quiet we might as well have gone to weatherspoons and got a decent breakfast for half the price.

Quiet clean and comfortable, but food selection very poor. Soft crackers with rubber prepacked cheese, hard dry scone wjith large clotted cream and jam, most of which wasted as scone hard and very crumbly. Bad choice for this type of environment. No1 lounges much better.

While understanding the limited menu in the current circumstances the selection in my opinion was very poor. The lounge was very comfortable and plenty of hygiene stations. Staff friendly and helpful.

Whilst I appreciate COVID impacting things, I was very disappointed with the food choices. I quite fancied the curry only to find It unexpectedly contained chilli of which I am allergic. The other choices were un appetising. I found myself stuck with the soup which whilst was very tasty it was not very filling. I would have also expected to find the toilets within the lounge and not outside back in the airport Overall I did not find it value for money

There wasn't much choice of food. 1 soup, 2 hot meals a plate of cheese and biscuits or scones with jam and cream. no newspapers or magazines. I realise this could be due to Covid 19 restrictions

Great set up and covid secure. Staff lovely. We paid £84 for 2 adults and one 3 year old... Very expensive I thought, we paid £18 for our 3 year old alone. The food that was on offer was very basic and bland. Not for families. We definitely didn't get £84 worth of soft drinks and food. Maybe for adults only who want to take advantage of unlimited alcohol.

Used the Bristol lounge many times and unfortunately I cannot recommend it during COVID restrictions. Not all the lounges fault as baggage opens late meaning you can only get an hour in the lounge. Also limited to alcoholic three drinks which makes the £30 price tag seem steep.

Newcastle lounge was and relaxing environment , staff helpful when available ( went missing a lot , tables not cleaned ,no one available at times ) limited food choice , breakfast was nice , scrambled egg very poor , make your own pancakes excellent, no one available to demonstrate for about 10min , lunch menu was not very appealing , may be just a sandwich or more basic meal as an alternative.

Everything was fine under the circumstances. Food was just okay and the hot water for my tea was Luke warm. I’m sure the normal menu is very good but I didn’t feel it was worth the money I paid at this time. Also, I did think there would have been a private bathroom to use. I had to leave the lounge to go back out into the airport to use their facilities.

Not a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, but the food was limited (as was the drink) and there was no fresh salad. In fact the choice of food was very poor for a vegetarian and/or someone who wants a healthy meal. It was good to have a quiet-ish place to sit but the "quiet" area was full of noisy groups of people. Probably not worth the money.
