Staff were excellent but pre-packed Ovid food was very poor quality and would put me off returning

Very hard to find a member of staff to serve me. Tables left with dishes and not wiped- would not return. Soup pots half full- total waste of money

It is difficult to review as we did not have enough time before our transit flight to enjoy any food, etc. However, we did use the shower facility which was OK but we did expect to have access to a toilet, which we did not.

We booked the lounge from 15.00 to 18.00 We were not told that the lounge closed at 17.00 when we booked or when we checked in We were given plastic cups to drink out of and the food was very limited and not replenished We were very disappointed to tell the truth We always use lounges before we fly and as regular travellers we are use to a better service

Have you not heard of Covid 19? I have tried for a refund. Submitting all the received information I had. To no avail. Not yet received, not impressed. I will use Aspire lounge at Bristol Airport again. Because it’s the only one there.

Unfortunately, did not meet my expectation. Receptionist at the time I arrived was rude claiming I was not entitled to enter because of my flight ticket details. She did not apologise when I explained to her I had paid for the time and service. I tried to give her proof of purchase and my paperwork which she should have taken from me/processed when I tried to pass it to her immediately on arrival. She was not helpful or welcoming! The food selection was not as described on your website and very poor. I ate a rotting salad and cold, yucky pasta. The portion sizes were not suited to a healthy adult, more for small children. Plenty of unhealthy fat foods such as cake though. Ample beverages, however, and comfortable to sit but not to rest. Toilets satisfactory too. Overall, I would have had more for my money had I spent the time elsewhere in the airport. But, you get what you pay for!

Good facilities. Very crowded when we arrived though, so no place for sitting together with the four of us. This gives impression of lacking capacity management.

For the price we paid for six adults to go into the lounge, the food was just not up to parr. Three of us didn’t eat anything

When I visited it was incredibly busy and we were left waiting for a seat despite booking in advance . When we finally got a seat we didn't have access to a power point to charge our phone (which is mostly why we wanted to pop in). I feel that they should prioritise people who booked as during peak times it can be very busy. Other than that the food is good quality and plentiful and the Staff are excellent.

Comfortable and clean with good choice of drinks available. However the hot food available was disappointing with very little choice and the salad appeared dried up. This is the first time I have used the lounge during the early evening and feel the breakfast food served in the morning much better.

The New lounge looks superb but not a patch on atmosphere of old one,staff seam to be very distant !! and not the most helpful plus the bar don’t stock enough selection of drinks it’s ok for me as I drink Gin but other spirits not stocked we need TVs like old one and more choices of food the food that is there is limited but not great choices sorry but I think I’ll be going to No1 lounges if aspire don’t sort it out

The problem is with the lounge you only serve breakfast till 11 it should be served till at least 12-30 and the food that you put out after 11 is completely possibly the worst pig 🐷 swill I have ever encountered , I have not been to prison but I would probably say that the food couldn’t be any worse in there , your staff are amazing, but please get the food right , I actually told one of your staff discreetly that a dish cloth had fallen in the tomato soup and she came over and removed it immediately, the food is totally not acceptable and we don’t be booking your lounge again anytime soon. Food was good bar service was not good and overall felt the lounge was just situated in a pokey little corner of the terminal very cramped and impersonal

We use the lounge regularly and enjoy being able to sit in comfort but the food and food service is deteriorating.They were stopping putting breakfast items out at 10.30am and we didn’t arrive until 10am. The receptionist bar staff and cleaners were all very pleasant and polite just a shame about the food.

Not as good as T1 a lot of things have disappeared like bottled water/drinks in the fridge. No slimline tonic. Not much in the way of comfortable lounging seats

It's great to leave the caos of the general departure lounge and relax a little. Great value for money. Only downside on this last visit was that it wasnt very clean and staff just kept walking by the mess even though the world around us was changing. Maybe more hygiene should of been used in light of this.
