It was extremely busy so struggled to find a table to sit together band to be honest not the best selection of food, bit disappointing.

The choice of Food is not so great at the Aspire Lounge, but over all it’s a far better lounge than No1 Lounge at Gatwick North which was appalling

Comfortable seating, staff friendly but the food was very poor. Bacon was hard and scrambled egg was rubbery. This did not put us off, we will still use the lounge whenever we travel.

The lounge was clean, staff were polite. I wasn't impressed with the food, we got there in between breakfast and lunch, at 11am, would have liked brunch but we had to wait for the hot food and then it was not the best, in the end made a ham salad sandwich, so a bit disappointed

food was good & there was a good range of drinks available; nice comfy seating. The waitingndtaff were mostly helpful although there seemed to be an issue over the channel off the TV screen in the aspire plus lounge. We were there on a saturday afternoon when England were playing ninth rugby. My husband asked for the chanel to be changed so that he could watch the rugby but was told he couldn;t watch an international sporting event as it may cause offence to other people!!! There were only 4 of us on the lounge at the time & everyone wanted to watch the rugby. It was eventually put on after some persuasion but we were told it would be switched off if anyone objected. A pointless rule & would not encourage is to return

The food available was a good quality but the only sweet options were digestive biscuits. There wasn't any tonic water and one of the coffee machines was out of order. There was a lot of water on the toilet floors. I used a black Friday discount to book the lounge and don't think that full price offers good value for money

The food was really poor on this our first visit to the Heathrow Terminal 3 Lounge. Staff were excellent and the lounge was comfortable

I'd hoped this would be an oasis away from the crowds, but it was just as busy as outside, if not more so, there was hardly anywhere to sit for two people together initially, but it did free up a bit just before we left, not a big food choice, but to be fair it was fairly good. It felt like the bar staff were doing you a favour when giving you a drink (and a sign about 2 or 3 alcoholic drinks per person being the maximum, but it didn't seem to be enforced too hard, (I expect it's a fall back for rowdy situations), the staff looked harried, stressed and fed up. Overall it felt like a budget experience at a premium price, Lounges used to be somewhere to get away from the masses and relax, this was not relaxing at all, I will give it another go next time I fly but if same that'll be the last time as it didn't feel value for money.

Nice and quiet and comfortable.but limited food choices! Lounge apologised for not having bacon rolls available due to a glitch.Had there been bacon rolls,I would probably have rated four stars.Good choice of drinks and replenished quickly.Friendly staff

While it was nice to have a clean, quiet place to step away from the crowds during my layovers, I don't believe both visits were worth the money. The breakfast offerings during my first visit were pretty decent, and at least there was a variety of foods for everyone to select from. However, the lunch selection during my second visit was horrid, which was frustrating because I had paid more for the lunchtime visit. Guests, during both visits, often needed to flag down the staff who were supposed to be behind the bar because they were instead in the room behind the bar. Not having restroom facilities in the lounge was also an inconvenience. As a solo traveler, I couldn't just leave my belongings at my seat in the lounge. When I needed to step out, I had to close up what I was working on; and when I returned I'd have to hunt down another seat to settle back into in order to continue working.

To be honest there seemed to be a staff shortage. Initially no one manning the bar but the lady cleaning eventually served us. Food was not replenished in time and in sufficient quantity. In fact it became a bit of a joke with customers hanging around the hot food counter for up to 20 mins. I have used the other lounges in T2 but Aspire fell well short of my expected standard

After visiting the lounge at terminal 5 on a previous occasion I did find the lounge at terminal 3 lacking in certain aspects. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space, food on offer not up to standard. Staff in my opinion not prepared to help with any questions.

Food was lovely, plenty to eat and drink but the lounge was so busy it did spoil it a bit. Plenty of chairs that were comfortable enough but not enough tables to put your food on. Also it is a little cramped, they could do with a bigger venue.

The welcome to be lounge was good and there were plenty of seats and the charging point were hand. However nearly all the tables had piles of lates and glasses on them and we had to clear our own table to sit down. Great choice of drinks and good service at the bar. Food was ok and had plenty of choice.

I have been using the lounges for 15 years and have recommended them to dozens of friends and colleagues. However I don’t think I will be so keen in the future. The lounges are over subscribed. There are seldom enough staff and so it often appears unkempt with dirty plates and glasses everywhere. The food advertised is always sold out. For example, I personally don’t eat bacon but have yet to sample the sausages that are meant to be on offer as they have never been stocked. Toilets are smelly and unpleasant. It’s not at all peaceful, too crowded and rowdy. It’s no longer a special experience, it’s more like a street cafe. Also the price creeps up every time I go back. Think I’ll be giving it a miss from now and and won’t recommend it to others. Staff however are always pleasant.

The lack of food and snacks was truly appalling! We had to go back into the main hall to buy snacks. It was also very cramped with too many people. I was very disappointed that I was turned away for being 5 mins early when people, just turning up and paying there and then, were given priority! Definitely not what I expected, leaving me very disappointed with the experience, which I will not be repeating in this lounge.
