Good on previous visits but our last visit a considerable let down as no sandwiches or filled rolls available due to exceptional circumstances all the posters said, we were relying on them for brunch, as due to travel prior to that, and our onward flight times it left us very little time for otherwise, we asked if we cd return into the main terminal to buy from another outlet but this was frowned upon. I’d like to ask why the Lounge staff didn’t go and do just that? Surely they should have a plan B in place for such issues? Almost £80 we spent for soup, cheese n crackers ..... oh and the pleasure of him hovering around us

Attended at the lounge prior to travelling to Heathrow and was. Sry disappointed. Poor choice of food and drink. Would go to other lounges before this.

It was ok. It was really busy and I struggled to find a seat,the food choices were limited. Overall it was not as good as the Gatwick lounge..

I did not see any difference between Aspire plus and Aspire Lounge except the price, quite disappointed with Aspire plus outcome. Food was only warm,sorry to say will not be frequenting again.

The drink selection and bar was great. Few of the group made it in time to pick up some of the breakfast selection which sounded pretty good. But a few of us got there a bit later and the food was on the Lunch selection. It wasn't very appealing to look at at all and not the greatest selection unfortunately!

When we arrived at the lounge we was told to go downstairs and was not happy with the choice of food as some of it was cold and half had run out Very Disappointed

Food and drink was excellent, however more local craft beer is required. Biggest draw back was cleanliness of washrooms. Floor needed cleaning and the only men’s stall was out of order.

Nice atmosphere inside. Seating was lovely and relaxed. Not a great variety of food or drink options. Staff were very pleasant and helpful but the food and drink options were not value for money.

We booked for the aspire lounge just before Christmas, which was a good thing, as it was fully booked when we got there. I wasn't impressed with the fact you couldn't pay at the bar for some drinks that were not included (i can't understand why wine and spirits are included but prosecco isn't...It isn't expensive as a rule and it's just fizzy wine! why it isn't included is silly) I had to go and pay at the reception desk...only card..no cash, and only one person on the desk when they knew the place was fully booked and more people waiting. I had to wait for age. By the time i bought my drink it was almost time to go to the gate.

We love going to lounges before our flights and have done so for years but please stop cutting back, the prices have gone up considerable over the last couple of years but the quality has fallen badly. The ladies toilets were still out of order last week. There were no decent sized rolls at breakfast only tiny ones and please brink back the full range of daily news papers.

Very disappointed that the majority of the comfortable soft seating was marked as reserved when we arrived. No passengers appear to be using them whilst we were there either. Seating in lounges should be first come first basis.

The lounges have stopped using Smirnoff Vodka and the watered down Pepsi from the machine is awful. The food was cooked well enough but was warm not hot enough. I don't know if I would return???

Coffee machine was out of order. We had to go searching for cups. Staff moved us so they could take photos of table placement. Food was average and not always hot. Good range of juices though.

The Aspire lounge terminal 2 did not have the same welcoming attitude as terminal 1. Terminal 1 we have used on a regular basis but we now fly with Jet 2 so that is the aspire lounge we had to use. I dont think the variety of food was good and it wasn't replenished very quickly. The seating was very cramped. I possibly would use it again but would like it to improve. Quite a few children choosing food and then putting it back.
