A very quiet restful area, very comfortable and friendly staff. We were in the morning and the cooked breakfast was nice, although not a lot of choice, as the ‘cold’ food was not refilled. A pleasant experience and value for money.

Lovely and clean with wide selection of food. Very polite friendly and professional staff. However everything in the bread basket was cold and solid with no way of heating it up apart from asking bar staff to put it in the microwave.

Nice relaxing lounge , a little disappointed in the hot food choice If you don’t like beans & pulses you’re hungry!

we found the lounge to be roughly two thirds full so still plenty of room. area was clean and tables cleared quickly by staff when vacated. not much choice of food and quality could have been better. drink choice was limited with only one type of lager one type of bitter, guinness and no cider (which I drink). nice to have the water fountains on the bar for quick refills. will probably look to book an alternative lounge in the future.

The lounge was very busy and it was a while before we were able to get a seat. It wasn't comfortable and it was almost an hour before we managed to find somewhere decent to sit. The lounge appeared to have an upstairs but this was shut off when really it should have been open. Too overcrowded to be enjoyable.

Food: Very basic and would of liked more options, particuarly veggie and vegan options. Could include porridge and toast. More snack options needed e.g xrios, fruit bars and biscuits. More fruit options and alternative milks. Drinks: More drink options like hot choc and hot teas Atmosphere: Very nice and quiet which helped us relax before flight. Staff quick to replenish food and clean our tables.

Lounge itself was okay, quite and comfortable. However food selection was very poor. Very limited, pretty much just pasta (A meat or veggie option of both) & some bland potato soup. The lack of selection was further disappointing that the quality of the food options also wasn't great. Would definitely expected for the price as would have preferred to pay for a decent meal from a restaurant.

Everything exactly as expected. The only reason I score a three is that having cleared security quicker than expected we were not allowed into the lounge even though it was quiet. Thought this was a bit petty

Lounge was so busy both times we used it, there seems to be very little control of numbers booking the lounges at any time. Range of seating and tables was ok. Food and drink on offer was also of a reasonable standard,

I visited Aspire lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5 on 3 January at a special offer of £31. Positive comments would be that there was plenty of choice for food and drink, I was there for late breakfast and then an early lunch too. A negative comment would be that the lounge was very cramped, I was perched on a stool with people constantly trying to squeeze past, the lounge was so busy. Is Aspire admitting too many people at the same time for profit-making, I have to ask? Can the lounge be extended at the back as there seems to be a huge void area unused? Plaza Premium lounge at Heathrow is £40 entry and this offers much more space and comfort although entry is limited to 2 hours whereas Aspire offers 3 hours.

The lounge was nice and clean. The staff pleasant and very efficient at clearing up. The food was ok. Not a lot of hot choice to my liking unfortunately. My bug bare (again personal taste) is that there was no bottled/cans of Diet Coke. It was draft Pepsi which wasn’t very fizzy.

Though a wide selection of alcoholic beverages I felt the food wasn’t exceptional but mediocre no toaster to toast bread not an exceptional amount of variety I feel the amount we paid and what we actually consumed was not good value for money maybe better if I was drinking more alcohol and it wasn't 5 in the morning maybe would of had more value to me

Plug sockets didn't work in console booth. Food is very limited choice. Wasn't over crowded. Guy taking drinks order didn't understand English and got everything i ordered wrong. They don't serve anything sweet at bar. It's dry or medium.
