Food selection poor. Soup offered but there was none. Crowded.

Lovely lounge and setting but staff are rather lacking (ie stretched between two lounges) and food isn’t the best. Would return for the convenience

The customer service was very nice even though they seemed understaffed. However, it was overcrowded, loud, and disorganised. Not sure if it was worth the money - although I am glad I paid extra for the showers! We made a reservation about a week prior and was expecting it to not be as crowded with the assumption that only people with reservations would be able to use the lounge, but people were just coming in to the point where there wasn't anywhere to sit or actually relax. I'd say about 30% of people were sharing either a small table or a small sitting space with strangers AND their luggage. Very uncomfortable. Might as well sit at your gate but I was mainly in here to shower after a 14 hour flight.

Staff polite and friendly. Hot food only average. Did not look very appealing but tasted ok. Could do with been a good deal hotter. Coffee not great, very weak and little flavour. Plenty of alcholic drink but didn't see any alcohol free beer which was a pity. Lounge spacious and clean.

Very easy to work the website & I booked the lounge as a surprise for my parents. They loved it yet unfortunately they didn't receive the 4 glasses of Moët I ordered.

Arrived just before 11am and was expecting there still to be ‘some’ breakfast choices, but was only lunch choices and I didn’t particularly want soup or bean stew at that time in the morning. Surely there should be a cross over at that time not just straight on to lunch foods-which in my opinion were all very similar bean stew type dishes. Not much stuff available for snacks either like nuts, only crisps and digestive biscuits were available until eventually a cake was brought out much later.

The lounge itself a bit small, contrary to the web advert, therefore can be crowded. A bit filthy carpet, obviously not being cleaned regularly. The food is absolutely distasteful, very less/limited (4-6) selections/choices, everything almost empty and nothing and it took long to refill. So disappointing and very substandard. Shouldn’t be called “ executive lounge” really.

The lounge was packed with almost no seating space. Part of the lounge was separated for Sinagpore airlines passengers and was at the time empty but was not reachable for other guests. Selection of food at breakfast time was just basic, you can probably find better breakfast at Holliday in.

No enough 'comfy' seats to relax in, lots to eat from. Staff very busy and some food slow to be replaced. Need more meat dishes. Staff very helpful when it is your turn.

Check in was smooth and simple. The lounge was quiet, it was 4-30am! The food on offer was ok bacon, sausage, buns. The bar service was very poor, we (And other customers) went into the cheaper lounge next door for drinks twice. This was pointed out to the staff but it didn’t improve. I’m not sure we would pay the extra for the plus lounge again. It was no better than the normal lounge.

It’s ok but nothing special for what you pay although it is quiet without the hustle and bustle of the airport.

Not a great choice in food. Only had 1 highchair so my 1 year old never had one and I got told to stop him from running around which is difficult considering he had nowhere to sit. Nice and relaxing, that’s the only positive.

Terminal 2 Aspire: This wasn’t the best lounge we have visited. The food was ‘okay’ but very basic, disappointingly there wasn’t any toast making facilities which, when travelling early in a morning is sometimes all you want. I don’t think we will be visiting again.

The booking process was very easy online and I got a very good price for two at Montego Bay. Unfortunately on arrival our experience was hindered in getting access due to a lack of coherent communication between Executive Lounges and the lounge itself. We did not appear to have the documentation the lounge were expecting and they repeatedly told me they could not find my booking which was quite embarrassing. In the end it took around 30 minutes for me to have to go into to the lounge reception to log in to their wifi simply to forward my confirmation email to them. For some incomprehensible reason they needed me to forward the email to them. It was so frustrating and it is not nice being challenged for something you have paid for. If this bizarre issue could have been resolved perhaps by ensuring that bookings are also sent straight to the lounge I would have been more than happy.

Drinks ok. Not self service. Staff behind bar was miserable and never cracked a smile the 3hrs we were in there. Food was limited and not exciting. No hot meals for anyone who doesn't like pulses, grain or veg . Dessert choices were okay. Would I use the lounge again? Not sure. It would have to improve to be a yes. Not a patch on Teeside airport.

Quiet lounge with limited comfy seating. Drink selection good, beer, wine, soft drinks available. Food very limited, slow to be replenished and vegetarian option remained empty through the stay.

A good visit, though the food choice was somewhat limited all of the hot dishes contained beans of some sort and two out of the three side salad dishes also had beans in them, while I understand you can't please everyone a little more variation of dish would improve the choice for someone who does not like beans or peppers the whole range seemed to have a Mexican or North African theme. The staff were very pleasant and we were able to find a nice table at which to relax after a very early start and before our next flight later in the day. A pleasant stay it just could have been that little bit better with a bit more choice on the menu.
