Once the breakfast food, which was fantastic, was cleared the choice was not very varied, there was only 1 meat option which was chicken mixed with beans, a rather odd combination. The salad and scones were nice but was disappointed with the main meal options.

Food on offer was good, poor quality of seating available, only upright dining style seats. Lots of boxes of equipment stacked up and set of step ladders in lounge

This lounge is not as nice as the other lounges but it is close to the Ryanair gate which means no rushing. Was nice to see Dinesh again who is always so pleasant to everyone.

Over priced compared to what is on offer at other retailers at Gatwick. Disappointed they did not do a full English breakfast for £25 per head

The lounge was very crowded with tables crammed together. The food was OK but not up to other Lounges we have been in.

The food was terrrible. The Beef stew was stringy and the rice was old and dry - nearly broke a few teeth. Very disappointed.

Lounge was nice. Food and drink selection was good but way too many people are let in. They should have a cap on how many people they book in because it ruins the experience. I was in there for 2 hrs and there was never more than a couple of seats free. Everyone that came in had to wonder round and ask people to move thir bags etc to be able to sit together! Either get a bigger lounge or stop overbooking and it would be fab.

This lounge was ok. There wasn't a huge selection of food on offer and the staff were slow to replenish what seemed to be the most popular item - scones with clotted cream and jam. Then they ran out of clotted cream. The drinks weren't too bad, there was a nice variety and the coffee was good. The staff seemed quite miserable and weren't too bothered about clearing your table. I'd probably come here again for the convenience and comfort but the food and service needs to be a bit better.

With a 6 hour stopover and work to do, I was looking forward to falling into a comfortable space. For the most part, Executive Lounges offered that refuge; nice food, comfortable seating, private bathroom facilities. Where It lacked was a business centre where one could sit and work with a laptop and mouse. I will walk this back a bit and say there is a bench in the food area but it was steadily occupied by people having their lunch and when I did secure a space on said bench to work, found that the power outlets were not working. So, would I use the lounge again? Yes, I would give them another chance. The comfort factor is too great to keep me away.

The queues to check in to the lounge take forever. 2nd time I went back there was very little choice of food. I ended up paying over £50 for 2 drinks and 2 coffees not sure I would use the facility again as it is not worth the money

I had previously been to Aspire in terminal one which had a much better choice and variety of food than this one. Might try different lounge for my trip in Match

The layout and food has improved but the WiFi is still dreadful on our last three visits there have been problem experienced by both ourselves and other lounge users on two occasions we have had to exit the lounge to use other wi fi facilities to email priority information to add insult etc etc when we asked about your loyalty points system we were told to log on to sign in or up. The Liverpool term taking the Micky springs to mind. Matching your Liverpool lounge with others we’ve used leaves it sadly lacking. Your management sadly fails to match the standards of your staff working there who continue to supply excuses over this issue

The area in terminal 2, is very small. It was very busy and we struggled to get a seat. There were not enough comfy seats, settees etc I was on a chair that was more uncomfortable than those in airport and for me thAt is one reason that we pay extra to get a seat that’s comfortable. Food was lenticular and warm. Staff were friendly and even though the booking agent had agreed a 6am entry with myself and confirmed with the Lounge 9am we were allowed entry.

Very busy, compact, just felt like another standard airport bar rather than an executive lounge.

For the amount of money it cost I didn’t really expect to have to wait because of the tables being full. Alcohol is a bit limited they do not serve cider but can have vodka etc. Food was fine
