Rather underwhelming, smallish lounge, chairs more upright than comfy, food and drinks were simple / basic but somehow this didn't all feel like the 'luxury' experience promoted. Way inferior to the luxury lounge at the Marco Polo airport which was cheaper

Aspire Manchester Terminal 2 is fairly basic for an executive lounge and showing its age. Terminal 1 Aspire is much better. New furniture and space needed. Food selection could be better. However the staff are helpful and friendly.

For first time, I spent a couple of hours in the Aspire Lounge at LHR T5. It cost £35. I would put the experience down as average. Inferior to the BA lounge: smaller, less variety in food. Having booked this I was offered an upgrade to business class by BA for £59. Had I not already paid for Aspire I would have taken that. The guy on the front desk was a bit miserable and seemed to take an eternity to work out whether people could get in or not. Long thin lounge with comfortable seating. Staff are generally a bit disinterested. In common with a lot of other lounges (BA included), the USB connections at the seat have low power and only offer slow charging. Why? Food is OK. More finger food than anything. Reasonable selection of wines, though again, could do with a happier bar tender. Would I go there again? Not sure. For £35 I think I could while away my time at a public restaurant and bar just as easily.

Quite small. Nowhere to sit for the first 45 minutes other than what appeared to be a kitchen area - think it was previously a spa? Did get better seats eventually. Food was ok but query how many people want curry for lunch before they fly?

Warm and friendly atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of drinks to choose from, food was not what I would personally choose but was good. Overall a pleasant experience.

The food was decent but had obviously stood for a while. There was a very limited choice of hot food (2 options). I had to wait quite a lot for my drink to be topped up as the person serving was away from the bar. This was very frustrating. Either have someone on the bar all of the time or leave the bottle so people can help themselves. The lounge itself was good. Very comfortable and clean.

Lounge was very busy (possibly over busy or over bookedand on this particular day, 28 November 2019. Also as soon as anyone left a card was put down reserving every seat in the lounge for Philippine Airlines so any arriving about 12 noon would not have been able to find a seat - rather a poor show when you have just paid £25 for a seat.

A bit congested and not getting our money's worth. Either lower the price or make the lounge bigger with greater selection.

Was very busy and difficult to find a seat. Other than that good experience. Food was replaced regularly etc.

The food was ok as was the drinks, a nice quiet area in the airport on the downside the table we had was covered in food glasses and plates and it stayed there for the two hours we were there.

The staff were amazing. The people in the lounge were loud and drunk. Maybe it shouldn’t be unlimited alcohol.

We have used this lounge several times and have always found the staff helpful and pleasant. Food is limited but adequate for a snack. Drinks are fine. This time, however the breakfast seemed to finish very early and it was really too early to have soup in the morning. Nor do we want to drink alcohol in the morning...so it worked out quite expensive tea, coffee and a sandwich this time.
