The lounge was ok, always better than sitting in the airport. However had to wait quit a long time to get served and the hot food was luke warm. I have had better experiences in previous times

Wasnt the best of greetings when we first entered the lounge. Reception chap was too interested in the PC screen than attending to us. The food was ok although I did prefer the breakfast meal when they were on all day. Cleaners were very quick to tidy up and polite. Other guests who were in large groups were quite loud and unaware other guests were trying to relax, at no point were they asked to quieten down by staff, we moved to the opposite side of the lounge for a bit Toilets had a terrible smell of urine.

There is usually some kind of "hassle" when checking in - often taking longer than checking on to the flight! Not always a varied range of food and drink on offer.

The seating was not very comfortable for eating but OK for dozing off. The food was rather uninspired and some of the items on the website were not available - or the staff behind the bar did not know about them. Cleanliness left a little to be desired, toilets on site would be helpful and an adults only section would be nice. I was woken from a much needed nap by a small boy screaming!

Aspire lounge at Gatwick North Terminal was quite good. Had to ask for bacon and other hot breakfast items as they had not been replenished. One of the two ladies toilets was out of order which is a slight improvement on my last visit as neither were working. Since this lounge has been modernised there have been problems with the ladies toilets.

Nice reception and comfy chairs. Wi-fi very quick and good service. Only down side food not good at all - ended up just having toast.

Lounge was great apart from how busy it was when we arrived... We were initially unable to sit so as we had paid the same as everyone in there we would have preferred the same service as far as seating goes.

The lounge was quiet busy initially 8am but it quietened down after 9. Nice choice of food and refreshments. You pay extra for alcohol. Staff were friendly I would recommend it if travelling from T2

The staff were rather unfriendly- I had difficulty locating my email conformation and it lead to a long time at the desk. Rather than us confirming via our boarding passes, passports, names etc. they are insisted on keeping us the best of part of fifteen minutes at the desk. Otherwise, the staff was rather inattentive and unwelcoming- I would’ve appreciated a better welcome. I hope future experiences might be better.

Thankyou for your sevice but unfortuatly we where extremely disappointed with the Lounge.. not many private areas where you can unwind and relax.. too small a room..VIP for me next time with own area or booth. 🖐😎

Very disappointed with the Terminal 2 Aspire Lounge. Too small for the number of people coming in. People were trying to eat breakfast off a coffee table. I felt so sorry for them. We were expecting the same or similar to the Aspire Lounge in Terminal 1. We won’t use this facility again in Terminal 2.

We were disappointed that the New Aspire Executive Lounge at Edinburgh Airport did not stock Bacardi. It is not as though it’s an obscure brand 😢😢

Whenever a drink was required from the bar, we had to go and find someone to get it as there was no-one permenantly stationed on the bar to serve
