Belfast City lounge is quiet and pleasant but extremely limited food selection and some areas not particularly clean. Have used much better.

Customer service excellent, as was the food and refreshments. However, struggled to find a seat as the lounge was very busy.

I recently booked to experience executive lounges and upon my arrival i was informed i was not on the booking system. I snowed the desk staff my booking confirmation number and stated i hadn't received an email however i had my reference number and receipt of payment. I was kept at reception for 25 minutes whilst several staff kept entering my booking reference which had no details on your system of my booking. I was very disappointed that i had wasted so much time trying to resolve this matter it deflected from the whole experience. I did not have a pleasurable experience at all.

Cannot review as there was a change in flights and I was unable to take advantage of the lounge in Johannesburg. The review did not permit me to give no stars or a N/A option. The acceptable option is random.

Food and Bar service/choice was very good however the lounge was FAR too small for the service it wishes to provide. We got there at 6.20 and we struggled to get a seat and table for the two of us. By 7 o clock there was a queue for people to sit down. The most irritating part of this was there was a section cordoned off for Singapore Airlines which was completely empty and the flights didn't leave until much later in the day. Eventually people had to be moved in there just to accommodate the bookings. Clearly this lounge needs to reduce its booking capacity as it was not a relaxing stay at all. As I say the food however was very good and drinks were very nice with a good range of choices. Staff were excellent as well despite the problems they were calm and resolved everything quickly.

Aspire lounge was a little too small for the amount of people who had booked in. Food range was poor compared to other longes at Manchester airport and food ran out quickly, ie no Bacon, no bread cakes etc., would I book again into this lounge?, I’m afraid not

Booked the lounge as a present for my mum before she went to Australia. Even though I booked it under her name it was down as my name and she had to ask for the champagne that I had paid for. :/

The lounge seemed very busy. This was our first time in a lounge in T2 at Manchester Airport. We had pre-booked and on previous occasions in other lounges (in T3) seats had been reserved for us. Not so here in this lounge. Food was OK, staff were keeping the lounge relatively tidy. Overall, this was an "OK" start to our 2 week holiday.

I always use the executive lounge facilities in every airport I visit and have booked Liverpool's John Lennon many times but I was very disappointed on this occasion, firstly I always found the staff very friendly and good humoured, this time check in was a trial as the person on the desk did not seem to be up to speed with the mobile check in but he was pleasant which is more than be said of the catering staff who I found to be very rude and unhelpful, the hot food dishes were empty when we arrived at approximately 2pm and when I politely asked if they where going to replenish I was informed curtly 'if I could just wait' the dishes were not cleared from the empty tables which made the lounge look chaotic and usually the staff kept a check on the food supply but not on this occasion as I noticed quite a few people commenting on empty dishes, the lady on the bar on the other hand was really nice even though she was under pressure from some overindulged patrons, she still had time for a smile, the food was not as good as usual 3/5 but I had what I needed, I will still use again, it's a shame though as if this was my first visit I doubt if I'd think it was value for money.

Huge delay at emirates (introduced new IT system) check in meant we only had 40 mins in lounge. Main course barely warm. Very little cheese on board. Service very good

It is not the most comfortable lounge I have ever been in and was really crowded but perhaps there is a lack of space to make it better. This meant the food was in a corridor. However, the food was good and replenished regulary. The staff were lovely. Would I pay to go in here again? .... only if it was half of what I paid this time. It is not a patch on the one at Gatwick!

Limited seating available when we arrived and very poor and cramped layout so much of the seating is effectively along a corridor.Range of food quite restricted and of low quality .

Lounge environment was good and relaxing. Poor wifi meant we couldn't log into a sporting event we had hoped to discreetly watch. Food options were poor and limited (not child friendly). A strange mix of food.

Small lounge with limited facilities Had to exit the lounge to use the toilets. Adequate cold buffet with cereals, fruit, breads , yogurts and juices. Hot breakfast items were sausages, puddings, beans and over cooked scrambled eggs. The tv was not hd. Limited alcoholic drinks available ie. no brandy or bourbon, gin was beefeater brand only. Max of 3 alcoholic drinks permitted ( understandable). Staff were friendly and helpful. For cost was reasonable value and as only lounge available I would use it again.
