The lounge was easily found and reception staff really welcoming. The Batman not so welcoming as I felt that he didn’t want to be there. We asked twice for the food (beef stew ) to be replaced before anything happened.

Good stay in your lounge...but you would need to improve the food ...was a bit disappointed by the choice of food which was very limited.... Cheers

Food available was very average Felt like I was in a chain store cafe. Was in a lunge in July at Luton and by comparison was superb. For similar money

Normally visit the escape lounge in Manchester airport but tried the aspire for a change mainly because we thought there would be a good view of the runway, however they seemed to be only one table that you could have a close view of the runway. The food was not too good the rolls were very stale and didn’t have the bar stocked to accommodate the lounge’s guest bating in mind we were in here from 7.30 am and was not particularly busy. Overall I was quite disappointed and will be using the escape lounges in the future

Honestly didn’t find the lounge as good as an experience as I hoped. It looked tired, worn in places. Selection of food was very much snacks, eg sausage rolls, soup. I hoped for a more luxurious experience, but it really wasn’t, however it did give me a few hours away from the busy terminal.

Compared to facilities at Edinburgh the Glasgow lounge was disappointing. Bit shabby. Not the cleanest and no fresh made food. Breakfast rolls prepared and left to keep warm. Should be better.

Lounge its self is nice. Woman on front desk was a bit rude with our party. And we weren't a stag or hen party. Just a normal family. Rest of staff where lovely. . Breastfast good , could do with bigger plates.

On arrival there were 3 team members behind the desk.I was on my mobility scooter and my husband struggled with the doors-no offer of assistance. We temporarily parked the scooter to allow me to get to a seat. The restaurant manager came out of the service area with staff members and told my husband to move it straightaway- the food area is not conducive to disabled access , toilets are a distance away, food selection poor , staff attitude apart from one young lady clearing tables not customer aware, no interaction. Would not use again. Glasgow was welcoming, helpful and accessible.

Very nice and pleasant staff. Seats wasn’t very comfortable and it was missing bread and a toasting machine.

The range and quality of food is very average compared to your lounge in terminal 3. The limited food options were often empty with signs saying replenishing however this took an age. Reception staff are also less helpful.

Limited food offering and what little was there was not appetising. Chairs were fine for a short stay but the lounge could do with several lounging chairs for longer stays

Not worth the money. They had no butter to go with toast and croissants. Also no bottled water..only from fountain. Basic requirements...staff not overly helpful.

The concept of the lounge experience is good in that it offers you the opportunity to relax after a long flight particularly where there is a long layover. The Aspire lounge at Heathrow offered that. I found the food to be good with very tasty offerings for non meat eaters. The hostess was very welcoming and professional. The lounge itself should expand in size in order to accommodate the number of passengers and their luggage. It should also have its own restroom. I had to leave the lounge in order to use the nearest Terminal restroom. The cleaner for the lounge at that time was a bit surly and could benefit from some additional customer service training. Otherwise the experience was good.

Hi Marguerite, Thank you for your review. We do advise on the booking page only passengers departing Montreal on an international flight will have access to the lounge however I can confirm your booking was refunded as a gesture of goodwill on this occasion. Kind Regards, Executive Lounges Team
