The Lounge was clean and the staff professional and helpful. We were not particularly impressed with the food and it definitively needs some background music for a better atmosphere. We usually go to the Club Lounge but it was fully booked. We would not choose Aspire Lounge again, we prefer an adult only environment.

Our experience was ok, not what we expected though. We were disappointed with the lack of of snacks/food for our children (age 9 & 12) they ate crisps so didn’t find this good value for what we paid. Staff were good. Also found it very hard to believe we had to leave the lounge to go to the toilets! Toilets in the lounge would be an idea...

There was a small hot selection for breakfast which was cooked nicely. The continental selection was limited and was not stocked so well. The coffee was good but that's from a machine.

Slow to check into the area with bits of paper and cross checking, plus cold welcome the reception lady hardly cracked a smile. When inside there was limited food available, tables had not been cleared and space overall looked messy. Food was topped up while in and to be fair was good but limited choice. It would have been nice for to have been made special with a brief explanation of where things were as took some time to find cold drinks and other items. While nice to be away from the main crowds not sure this lounge represents value for money been in much better spaces in the past and would think twice about using the particular lounge again.

I felt that it was very crowed, the quiet area wasn't really quiet as people were standing about. You would think that people may of had some kind of meal before turning up as the food available was demolished by gannits. It's a small snack not an all you can eat buffet.

Quite disappointed the latest visit. The hot food selection seemed to be mainly spicy things, as we don't likev spicy food we opted for salad, as did a lot of other people, we had to wait approx 20 minutes for salad items to be presented and obviously this was soon used up. We did mention the lack of food to a member of staff collecting crockery but instead of going into the preparation area and report it just carried on collecting crockery. On our way out we did mention our dissatisfaction with the receptionist and was told they were very busy, as people book into the lounge, staff should have been aware of bookings and customers accommodated accordingly. Certainly not up to usual standards

Not in booking system,no apology received.Same food for breakfast as in Aspire Lounge.No newspapers.Only 1 banana available for 2 hour visit.Toilet out of order with broken lock.Furniture looking old and some damaged.Crisps not replenished as soon as they ran out.Its a plus lounge they need to offer something better.

We originally booked into the lounge at terminal one however this was then changed as we had to rebook our holiday due to the Thomas cook collapse, I rang up and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and helped me change my booking over to terminal 2, I received my confirmation email and so this was confirmed. Upon arriving at the lounge I was told my name was not down as booked I tried multiple times to show the lady my booking confirmation which showed I was booked at terminal 2 which she was not taking into account, at this point there was a queue and she rang terminal 1 to see if I was booked Down there which I was so this must not have been transferred over at no fault of my own as I had a confirmation for terminal 2 she then went on to tell me I can’t just change terminal I have to ring up and do it, which if she had bothered to listen to me and check my email she would see it was an internal error not an error of mine, I was not happy with the way I was spoken to especially in front of a crowd, it was not a great start to our holiday and it would make me think twice before booking with aspire lounges again. Once in the lounge staff were scarcely on the bar meaning a long wait however food was good and when drinks were served they were nice and I have no complaints regarding this

Had a 10 minute wait at the lounge check in due to issue with the booking reference (apparently common) which caused a queue to form so not a great check in process.

Since a previous visit I see that more chairs and tables have been crammed in, leaving little room for privacy and comfort. It has also restricted the amount of space around the food counter and getting food was quite a challenge. I also see that the food selection has been reduced too. Not a quiet relaxing experience unfortunately and I will be thinking twice before I book in here again

Friendly staff and good selection of food and drinks. Lounge however tends to get a bit noisy especially when full and lots of children are around. More screens close to seating areas near balcony would be better as it was not possible to see screens from all tables. More usb charging ports would also be helpful.
