The staff were fabulous and friendly. Great service. Food options are a little limited if you don't want a full English breakfast. Preferred the lounge when it was upstairs and had windows with a view of the airport.

At first we’re told we could not use the lounge even though it was booked 3 months ago ! The service was very poor considering there was less that ten people in the lounge when we arrived !

To get a full breakfast you have to order everything separately which means you end up eating a lot of bread because everything is on toast or in a bap. You have to leave to use the restroom. The questions below don't make sense as they are about a delivery not an airport line.

Arrived 17.45,no hot food-was replenished,limited choice of both hot and cold food.Basic gin on offer plus one other basic flavoured gin.Red or white wine-no choice on type,only colour.Having used aspire plus-was not available,no comparison.Lounge very dated and dull.

Stay was ok. Food was ok. Nothing sweet, not expecting a proper dessert but not even a biscuit to have with tea??

Upperdeck at Glasgow Airport was clean and adhered well to covid rules. Value wise I'm not so sure. Soup and sandwiches, cake and snack and four alcoholic drinks doesn't seem like the best value for money. I'd prefer a hot meal option. The bowl of tablet was a nice touch.

Not a lot of food available, tables always a mess with dishes. My flight time was changed so was not allowed to change my entry time to lounge on arrival so didn’t get my full entitled 3 hour stay.

We booked the lounge for 3 hours but we couldn't book in until 2 hrs before our flight as we had bags. We didn't know this so we couldn't make full use of the lounge, wont be booking again

The lounge itself was a pleasant experience and made it feel relaxing. The only point I would say is the poor quality of food and lack of food on the menu. You would expect with scrambled egg on toast that the bread would be buttered?

Food choices poor! Would be nice to have had some crisps or nuts to snack on Also a baileys option would be nice even though you may have to charge for it but no option even for that but service was a 10 out of 10

Booked Lounge @ B in Terminal 3 as transiting through Dubai on way to The Maldives. We had over 3 hours between flights, so thought the lounge made sense. After a long walk for 'Connexions' we finally made it to the lounge. It was not overly busy at that time, so early in morning and service could have been quicker. I had to eventually go and ask somebody if we had to go to a certain point to order food and drink. They said somebody would come to our table to take order. When we did eventually get to order, the service was still relatively slow. My wife had finished her chicken wrap meal, before I got my burger delivered. Was expecting a better service for a lounge in Dubai to be honest. We are giving them the benefit of doubt, as we have 5 hours to kill on way home and have again booked the same lounge. Hopefully we see some improvement this time, as for some reason, it is marginally more expensive than it was on way out.

Covid has reduced the attractiveness of the lounge. Everything was reduced. The food and drink on offer were basic.

Choice of hot breakfast food Ok but poor continental choice and no fruit juices available. I had paid for 2 glasses of prosecco but none available and no refund given. Poor choice of wine - simply red or white not different varieties. Overall not good value for money

Thought we,d be allowed 3hrs stay ? we had just over an hour before it closed @1pm lucky we got a cooked breakfast & coffee as we entered , but No newspapers to read.

Quite small lounge, no view on airport or city, breakfast OK, offered smal snacks and fruit in fridge display seemed no longer fresh.

I thought the buffet was very poor. The hot food was adequate, we did not partake. The system eing served drinks via an app is cumbersome and slow.
