Comfortable area to relax before flying, but very limited choice of food, especially cold salad options, compared to on previous visits. We were asked by the receptionist to sit at a table for two, because they had a lot of party booking reserved. Table for two is very tight if you have hand luggage with you. There were a number of tables for four lying empty for the duration of our stay and sign at door said fully booked !

The staff were helpful and attentive. The only reason I booked this particular lounge was so that I could relax on the lounge chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows prior to my flight, however I was told that I could not sit in that location due to “staff shortages”. The main advantage of this lounge is the runway view and this was not available despite it being the selling point of the lounge. I was very disappointed.

Having visited several other airport lounges, I found the food, variety and quality at Edinburgh to be only average! However, the comfort, decor and staff were lovely. Also I emailed the company twice before my trip to clear up a time problem ( my fault) and did not receive any response to reassure my concerns, poor service!

Welcome was good, however, the lounge was over booked and there was very little food. This was our third visit and this was the third time for this to happen!

The Aspire Lounge at BHX was disappointing. The coffee machine had limited choice only Americano. The juice bar had not been replenished until staff were told about it. The app wasn’t working to order food which put pressure on the one waitress. Not what we have come to expect from these lounges. Very disappointing.

Visited Liverpool lounge 17/3/21 wasn't great not enough staff, tables dirty waiting for drinks and no food it was not worth the money and I'm sad to say that because I've always enjoyed it and been many times

I would describe my stay in Copenhaged Airport lounge as average. Basically everything was average; the food, noise level, seating, bathroom facilities and service. So nothing to complain about but nothing to praise for either.

No prior experience with which to compare. However these were my thoughts/observations: - Excellent quiet space to travel with young family - reasonable selection of breakfast fare (more variety of small child friendly food would be good) - good access to drinks fresh & alcoholic - friendly & helpful staff * Male toilets were in a poor state of upkeep and hygiene (when I encountered them). Maybe we were too early for the first clean (6am ish) * Price was a little steep for a (young) family of four - never going to drink or eat that much. Should maybe offer a family pass at discount? 🤞 Overall, we would definitely consider using this again if travelling with children, especially if I can find a good online discount.

The lounge itself is lovely and there was plenty of seating. I wasn't impressed with the food offering. When I sat at the table there was a QR code to scan as is normal in most places these days, so I scanned the QR code which gave 2 food options, one I would quite enjoy so I ordered and went to the bar for a drink. As I was travelling with kids I went to the food area to get them something, I wasn't impressed by the selection at all. The pancake making machine is a good idea but the kids said the pancakes weren't nice. The only topping they had was honey. There was a selection of continental meats etc and fruit but apart from the the offering was sparse. I have been to a rival lounge who offer muffins, cakes, etc and a menu you could order hot food from so I was expecting something similar and this turned out not to be the case. There was no food the kids would eat. Having waiting a long time for my QR ordered food I eventually approached the bar to be told oh we don't use that anymore. I ended up with soup and there wasn't even any bread rolls to go with it. I don't think I will be back, it just wasn't worth the money for me.

We were a little disappointed by our stay to be honest. There was no Champagne and no tomato juice for Bloody Marys - the two drinks we wanted! I had the breakfast pancakes with bacon which were good, but the only vegetarian option of veggie sausages was not good and my partner just ate croissants. For £25 the value was okay but we probably wouldn't return.

Good but the selection of food was greatly reduced from our last visit (probably covid) and no offer to have anything further to eat. On previous visits we were offered a bacon roll and cans of drink neither of which were available.

When we first arrived there were two ladies on reception, one behind the desk and another to our right. I presented our pass and the lady behind the desk just looked at me and eventually said “I’ll ask for that when I need it”. The lady to our right was looking my wife up and down (I thought) as if she was assessing whether we were the right people to be in your lounge. I looked at her directly and she stopped it. My wife confirmed later that she also saw this lady “checking her out”. We felt very uncomfortable and after documents and apps were checked we were finally allowed in. The lounge was nice and the seating far enough apart for Covid restrictions. The cleaning staff were courteous and efficient with no table left with plates for more than a couple of minutes. The lady behind the bar made me feel uncomfortable as if she was checking whether I’d had more than my fair share for a man and his wife in our sixties we certainly were not. The stew was tasty and what drinks we had were in clean glasses and as advertised. It is touch and go whether we will use you again as the greeting was not very welcoming.

The staff were friendly, personable and attentive. The food selection was incredibly underwhelming. Good selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. At no stage did it feel like we were in an executive lounge. More like a Littlewoods cafe.

The lounge was clean and tidy but it hadn't been open long so to be expected. No newspapers or magazines Covid being blamed but it a personal choice so.let your customers choose. Serving cutlery is touched by all too so what's the difference. Choice of food limited more Danish pastry type options required

Nice, pleasant surroundings. Huge bonus is the outside smoking area. Plentiful supply of food and drink, although the selection of hot food is disappointing. Biggest inconvenience for me is being forced to email my reservation details onto a long and complicated email address before being allowed entry - not the easiest task with a small mobile phone.

The Lanarca airport lounge was clean and well laid out, with a very nice terrace outside for those who want to grab the last dose of Cypriot sunshine before heading home. A couple of areas for improvement was be the management of seating. Seating was limited although it was not clear as to whether this was a result of overbooking the lounge, or potentially the fact that single or couples were taking up tables set up for 4 or more. I've seen this managed at other Aspire Lounges where tables are reserved for the correct party sizes, with control over the amount of time allocated. The fact that this wasn't the case at Lanarca resulted in a large queue growing at the entrance and people wandering around for some noticeable time before obtaining a seat, or just giving up and leaving. From a food and drinks perspective, the quality was excellent. Only a delay in topping up some items and access to bottled still water was a problem at times. Overall I would book again and hope to see some of these areas for improvement taken onboard
