Nice and quiet and relaxing lounge Well maintained and clean Though at the time of our visits one on the gents toilets was blocked and when I mentioned this they were non-plus about, hence the rating

Booked the new lounge looks lovely but no flow to it. No televisions in booth. Prefer the other one. Was there is morning, had booked via Edinburgh Airport and they did not have my booking on their list. Food was cold, no one there to tell. Pancake machine was out of mix, took a while for them to replace. No one behind the bar waited a while again, eventually shouted into kitchen for service. It was OK but not any value for money.

The lounge was extremely tidy, well presented and fully stocked with food and drinks. The only issue we had was the lounge was or seemed to be overbooked, we had to split our family up with 2 people at 1 table and 3 at another. We only got to be together for about an hour as people started to leave. We were in premium class so could have gone to escape lounge for free but paid to ensure we were together and in comfort, sorry but on this occasion it never happened.

It was a bit crowded and not as comfortable. It would have been helpful to have more comfortable seating. The shower facility is really nice.

Very busy as taking people in on the day as opposed to pre-bookings only. Food of decent quality although choice more limited than other lounges I've been in. Seating was very tight and limited given above comment.

We like the lounge but don’t get value due to bag drop opening time, security checks and early gate closure. Only managed 45 minutes this trip. Nice staff but won’t book again.

Some parts to the lounge are generally good but I did not think that there is enough variety to the food that is available, it seems that they have cut back and I would have to think twice about returning.Ido not consider that they give good value for money.

10 to 15 minutes queue to enter, waiting for 'turn up' customer bookings and payments to be processed. No attempt to wave through prepaid customers. Seating restricted so no-where to sit down that didn't have previous customers' used plates and glasses. Food and drink good. 3 out of 5

We were a bit disappointed in this lounge as it felt like a few seats had been put in a space in the airport just to accommodate so it felt quite squashed around the food area and not as comfortable as other lounges. It also didn't help that the toilets were not in the lounge and a fair walk away when we were tired from a connecting flight

Food is excellent but the seating is uncomfortable in certain areas. Can be very busy at peak times and is not as good as the aspire lounge in terminal3

Warm welcome by staff, however there was no Wifi at all. Your staff contacted services who deal with this to be told it was a customer issue not the airport. However when I voiced my opinion out loud, most of the other customers agreed with me that there was no Wifi. It didn’t get sorted the whole time I was there. The food was ok but not the best Aspire lounge I have been in.
