I had booked our stay at Aspire lounge at John Lennon airport , as part of our long awaited honeymoon. I had ordered 2 glasses of Prosecco, wanting to make the start of our holiday , more special. We were greeted by a male member of staff who could not have been more disinterested. He took our names and stated “ help yourself”. I had to ask for our Prosecco. Again very little interest. Not at all professional. I asked if there was any bread and if I would toast it. He said, “ no we don’t have a toaster and only do buns, “ he then asked me if there were no buns left . In effect all we had was a couple of croissants and a glass of Prosecco and coffee for £70. Will never use that lounge again. Would not recommend. Waste of money and time

When the government canceled all flights to my country of destination, I tried to cancel the voucher as allowed on your website. I could not get a hold of anyone or make that happen despite trying over and over and over and over again. Never could get a response. Very unresponsive.

We paid for a 2 hour slot for the start to our long awaited holiday, only to find the lounge was closing so couldn't stay in the lounge. Apparentl the lounge was never going to be open at that time, so why was I able to book?

Extremely limited menu, the sandwiches were either wet and soggy or very dry with the ends curling. Do not waste your time in here

Worst experience of my life in an airport lounge... took 40 minutes for our drinks to come out. By that time we'd made the decision to move to Wetherspoons for a nicer experience. Dirty tables everywhere, staff didn't care that we were frustrated. Worst start to my holiday. Will be getting a refund.

I can’t tell you how disappointed our visit to the Birmingham Aspire Lounge was on 16 October 2021. For starters the staff were confused and disorganised. We could not get in and we were not the only ones! The guest reservation forms the staff had were clearly incomplete and so they could not identify our reservation. I had an email from Aspire Lounges but no booking reference but I could show my bank statement and the payment for the exact amount to Swissport but could I convince the staff to let us in. Well yes but only after having to escalate to a manager and 40 minutes later. Once in the food and drinks were not of a quality and standard I would have expected. Portions were small choices very limited and service extremely poor. You would have been better off going to the airport bar and ordering lunch. It would have been half the price and 10 times better. I want my money back.

I tried to cancel this booking made as a guest because your lounge was in the Schengen area of Helsinki airport and not available to me as someone traveling to the UK. Booked as a guest, I have contacted customer services numerous times and had no reply. You need to refund my payment immediately.

Disorganised, very slow service, very poor choice of food and no prosecco included! It took so long for our food to come we did not have time to eat it before having to leave for boarding! Was not an executive experience and this was similar to the previous time we used Aspire! Definitely will not return, a complete waste of money!

Disappointed with Executive Lounge at Luton Airport. No breakfast food available at the time we required it. Frosty response from staff when we asked how long the buffet would take. Tables not cleared. Scanty sanitising. Not happy - but at least we were able to sit in relative peace and comfort once the noisy table of early morning beer drinkers had left (it was 7am!). Not a favourable experience compared to other lounges in other airports.

Visited Aspire lounge at George Best Airport Belfast. Had used it a few years ago and found it reasonable standard but oh dear how disappointed we were on our latest visit. My husband and I got the last two bowls of soup and toasties (5:50pm). Carpeted areas were filthy. We watched at least 10 other people arrive after we did - they walked around and around the food area with plates looking for something to eat other than a tray bake and crisps but alas neither the empty soup urn nor the toastie warmer were replenished. Most lifted crisps, crackers and cheese - ok you might think but given it was dinner time and the average cost is £24 per head surely it would have been easy to have prepacked sandwiches or wraps or salad boxes for any time of the day. Nothing to do with COVID - if you’re allowed to help yourself to drinks and unwrapped fruit then why not provide decent savoury food. Absolute rip off.

You are a disgrace of a company. No one answers the phone or emails when you tell me you have changed my lounge and when I get to the lounge you said you had booked me in, they had never had anything from you. £200.00 to get 5 of us in on top of the £135.50 we had already paid you months ago. £335.50 to get into a lounge....

As soon as return to the UK I will contacting your head office with my complaint. I booked the aspire lounge then contacted the aspire lounge to amend my booking for as the confirmation showed a couple of hours beforehand. Upon arriving at aspire at Luton at around 9am it was closed. I was never informed it would be shut and therefore request my monies back. Regards Kevin Herrin

very little food left when we arrived at lounge and it was luke warm, managed to get 2 drinks. Have been previously and it was well worth the cost. This time however extremely disappointing and not value for money

We booked aspire plus got told day before going it was shut, offered less time in aspire and told 50% refund, wont answer emails no refund recieved. Still no email response and still no refund received after 18 days!

The lounge ,was very small, it was very busy, the staff were not helpful. I had paid for Prosecco, barman wouldn’t initially give it me The food was very poor and cold. This was meant to be a treat for my husband as it was his birthday. Would never use this lounge again. Get better service using the usual bars and shops at Heathrow.
