Arrived just as it opened , fridges not stocked from night before , breakfast barms seemed to be stale , from day before , beverages warm due to unstocked fridges , no draft ale available only bottles as pump wasn’t working , pretty poor .

Arrived to find only 3 staff on and the lounge was very busy. We had to wait 45 minutes for 1 drink, so on the next order we doubled up and didn’t receive any drink at all. We ordered food and it came out cold and after a 30 minute wait too. Overall extremely dissatisfied and when I asked about how I could complain nobody gave me an email or a managers name. Extremely poor service and I won’t be going back. 0/10

Hi I never got to use the executive lounge at Manchester as you cancelled my visit due to time changes you told me my time was no longer available I never recieved a voucher for another time or date which I found very upsetting I have always booked executive lounge I was flying on September 21st my flight was 15.15pm I was booked in to the aspire at 12pm terminal 1 I await your reply Mr raymond newby.

My friend & i checked into the Aspire Executive lounge Birmingham around 12:45 on the 20th September, we were asked to scan the code that was on the table & order everything on the App! We are not that good with these phones & apps so it took us a while to sort it out. As it was waiter service only it took a while to get our order, we had 4 glasses of wine each & was told we were not allowed any more drinks as we had reached the limit???? We had paid £26 each to relax & chill before our holiday as it has been so stressful with the current climate. I doubt we will be booking the lounge again.

We were very disappointed with our lounge visit . Not only did they cancel the night before and directed us to another lounge but we had pre paid for 2 cocktails however the lounge we were told to use did not have cocktails and a very limited selection of food. All day breakfast was the only choice and we had already had breakfast so did not want another

Sorry but I must admit over time and written many many reviews I’ve never given a 1 star review!!. From start to finish this was a disaster. The menu was non existent. Service was worse than slow. Food that should have been hot was cold. Unavailability of items( beer). Tables not cleared or cleaned. Shocking overall customer service. My wife would demand a total refund. Sorry 😞.

This was a complete rip off and waste of money. I had booked 2 spaces in the lounge yet turned up to be led around the entire area by a member of staff to try and find a free table. There wasn't one, so had to stand and awkwardly wait whilst someone else finished their drinks. The menu had 4 items on it, none of which seemed suitable at 11am (forgive me, but beef goulash isn't breakfast food in my opinion). I was then appalled when the signal on the card machine dropped out and a member of staff announced very loudly in front of other guests that my payment had been declined, meaning I had to walk all the way around the area following him so that he could get signal on his card machine. A shocking experience, I will be emailing separately to demand a refund for such a dreadful experience and would urge others not to waste their money.

Why sell passes for times when the lounge is not available! Booked for 2pm slot only to turn up to a sign saying that it was only open 730-930. Contacts to request a refund have gone unanswered. Why does site let you book for closed periods? I'll answer over 14 days for a refund because it's been more than a week since one of us wrote in to ask for money back and still no reply

Service and attitude of woman behind counter was very bad and rude our flight was at 11 and at 10:15 my partner went to get us 1 last drink and she wouldn’t serve him! We had been standing getting 1 drink each so in total we had 3 drinks yet I seen most people standing getting 2 at a time and a few lads where drunk but still got served and they went up at 10:30 and got served again AND they where in our flight!! I was very disappointed with the whole service I will never use it again and I have spoke to a few people who have said same they paid to go in then left and went to bar. I paid £49.98 and didn’t even get £20 worth of drinks so I will be strongly advising against any of my friends to go in as I know a group of 15 who where going to book but I’ve advised them not to I feel like I’ve been robbed of £50

I am unable to do so as the lounge was closed. When I booked it it was shown as being open. However on arrival I found that it had only been open for about 2 hours in the morning. I did not have any notification that it would be closed. VERY POOR SERVICE

I have been a regular guest before covid and after coming back after covid I felt it has lost a lot of value within its service. There is very limited choices of food and that was the main reason I was a returning customer and the fact that I was not able to choose my own seating did reduce my joy of being there. I understand the lounge gets quite busy but waiting over 20mins just to get served is unacceptable. I have been calling for over a week just to make sure the lounge is open and was not able to get a response. I tried calling headquarters and same issue. I just had to book my space and hope the lounge was open.

Poor choice of food & drink, food was barely warm ( probably blatantly in breach of food safety regulations ). Fruit was black & clearly well past its use by date temperature inside the lounge was very chilly too. We raised concerns with staff & were merely dismissed. Cannot see any reason to ever use this lounge again..

Will never use airport lounge again …breakfast came out on a saucer …pancakes were tiny and cold …the manager kash or kesh was so rude …said he would get security to remove me from lounge when I asked for a drink …shocking customer service

BHX Lounge closed. Website stated it would be open at 04:30 - it was not. Boarded flight at 05:30 so could not use at all. Have emailed but with no response as yet. Case Number: 212043
