The service was appalling. We were not shown where our reserved table was and had to wander round the lounge for sometime. We had a party of 5 and were expected to use a low style coffee table for eating. The menu was very limited and had no information or anything suitable for someone with a dairy allergy. Staff very unhelpful when asked for more information. I was told the scrambled egg cannot be made with soy milk as it comes prepacked and is just heated up. We left after 5 mins as it was so poor. The whole experience cost £150 for our party of 5. We felt unwelcome, second class and ignored. My daughter was left very upset. I strongly advise the Aspire team to provide allergy information on the menu before someone is seriously ill. I also advise customer service training and clearer information.

Booked and paid for visit at London Luton Airport only to be informed on arrival that the lounge was closed. Have reported to Executive Lounges but still waiting for response to my email and refund.

Took payment then cancelled two days before our holiday , have emailed and called still no refund . They have also taken a booking from my daughter and done exactly the same . Disgusting company .

Absolutely awful!! We turned up for our booking at Gatwick airport at 11.15 only to find that the lounge closed at 09.30!! I emailed the customer services on the 26th August and to date, the 8th September, I am still awaiting a response!! If I treated my customers like this I would already be out of business!!

Booked for my son as he had a long flight ahead and it was the first time travelling alone but he never made his lounge appt due to a mess up in travelling from Manchester with BA to checking in with American Airlines. Very disappointed - should be able to get a refund

Not one clean table. Had to clean our own table. Not Covid friendly. Vegetarian sausages inedible. Not worth the money and wouldn’t book again

Poor experience overall, minimal food and beverage choices with tiny portions, no external view at all or atmosphere. Stayed only 15 minutes preferring the airport restaurant areas, a first for us as regular lounge users.

I cannot review the Aspire plus lounge as YOU cancelled the booking one week before I travelled. I’m waiting for some form of recompense.. But I won’t hold my breath.

We would love to be able to give you our opinion but when we turned up at your lounge in Gatwick we were told it was closed due to lack of customers even though we had booked and paid! We were also told we should have received an email advising us of the closure which in fairness we did but not until 24 hours after the event! I think your customer service is non existent and your care for customers abysmal! Thanks for the 20% discount offer on our next booking but rest assured we won’t be using it!

Didn’t even get chance to stay in the lounge as Received an email saying it was not opening on the times I had booked was told to ask for a refund that was on the 16/08/21 and have still not received my refund it is now the 31st august was informed that money would be refunded back to my account I think it’s a disgrace that I am still waiting for my refund not very good customer service

Poor food selection, Ordered beans on toast, bread was like a brick I can only assume toasted in bulk and then left for when needed. Over crowded and a slow check in process. Side note who orders that veggie sausage? its grotesque, many better options that people might actually enjoy that want to help offset their travel by becoming vegetarian. Disappointing for the cost would have been cheaper and we would have had better food out in the airport. Compared to other lounges I have visited at the same/similar price range this has been the worst experience thus far I will leave a positive that the bar tender although we had no interaction with him was very enthusiastic and appeared to have a genuine passion for his job role!

We were very disappointed with our visit to the aspire Lounge . Breakfast served in a cardboard box wasn’t what we expected . I do understand changes need to be in place due to covid but this isn’t what I would expect at all. There was a tiny amount of pre packed fruit salads to choose from . No yogurt or cheese or meat selection for breakfast service . The standard of food wasn’t good . The breakfast was missing mushrooms , and the scrambled egg was like pastry . It was unedible . A total waste of money

Reception service was poor. The requested reserved table wasn’t actioned. The reception stated it wasn’t possible to reserve tables, yet many tables had “reserved” signs on them. The pre ordered drinks weren’t available. We are yet to be refunded for this.

I will put it down to the fact that we used the lounge at 6.00 am, but I felt we were left to search for drinks and ask for glasses. The full English breakfast was served on a side plate with no choice of eggs and the scones had been heated up in the microwave, making them rubbery and virtually inedible. If you are looking for a wider choice of food and are happy to sit in a restaurant the lounge won't be for you.
