No drinks, no food, ceiling was pouring with water. Absolutely disgusting.

The lounge due to covid was really awful, it took ages to get my extremely small breakfast and was only allowed one alcoholic beverage. I understand that this is due to covid but my advice would be to scrap the lounge untill all rules are lifted. It's not worth the price. (I normally love the lounge and think it's great value for money and very relaxing)

Food options where very poor and portions extremely small. Lounge is lovely but not worth the price in my opinion anymore

You cancelled it it did not happen so why are you sending me a review. I am now on holiday and before I went you did not even have the courtesy to reply to the fact j wanted to change the booking you cancelled to next year. If I could give you a minus 20 this year I would.

All there was to eat hot was either a bacon or sausage bap. Coffee was disgusting. I won't be visiting this lounge again or paying the extremely high price for such a small menu.

Not worth the expense. Despite having Dragon Passes I had to pay £50 for entry. When we logged in to the lounges website to order food, one of the options for method of entry was Dragon Pass. Rip off.

Arrived a little later than booking because of traffic. The Lounge had already closed at 1230. Door locked with no explanation. A person in the airport phoned them. A very helpful lady came down and she apologised and said I would be refunded. I have no refund as yet.

This is the worst service ever. There is absolutely no customer service and I never got to the lounge but was charged 25 Euro despite calling, writing and going to the reception in person to cancel/amend my booking. THIS IS A SCAM

Package sold wasn’t available. Given one glass of champagne instead of expected bottle of Prosecco. Staff rude, poor English. Some food excellent, other inedible. Pretty grim all around. Waste of money.

The worst lounge I’ve ever visited. The only food offering was stale toastie’s that crumbled when touched. Service was non existence as the staff looked as if they couldn’t care less!

This was a very poor experience and I would avoid paying for this at all costs. We had reserved ahead of our departure (by a week) and yet when we turned up we had to wait until a table was free. They were accepting so many walk-ins. The breakfast we ordered was disgusting and inedible. And as for a peaceful and quiet environment this was non existent. Don't waste your money.

There was not enough staff to wait on the tables so it took a very long time to get served. So much so that we ended up leaving before some drinks we ordered arrived after waiting over 30 mins. The place also looked tired and the seats where very warn! We also has an issue when booking where we used a gift voucher but also got charged on our card even though the amount due was zero. This was solved after calling your office, however I had to call them multiple time to get it sorted. Overall I would not book again as it was not worth the cost.
