The bottom fell out of a glass that i was drinking out of, soaked me through, just as i was about to get on an 8hr flight, apart from letting me in the shower room to dry myself with an hairdryer dryer the management staff were the worst I've come across anywhere in the world,

Thanks very much for getting in touch and asking me to leave a review. I would love to be in a position to do so but unfortunately I was unable to get in! After queuing for some time I was informed by a smiling Sara (although it was through gritted teeth) that my booking had been cancelled and there was NOTHING she could do to help. Even after I showed my confirmation e-Mail she still insisted that there was no way they could fit us in and to contact whoever I booked with to get my money back. My partner is diabetic so it was rather distressing for him as we struggled to find another food outlet without a huge queue or long wait. Thank goodness WH Smith do meal deals. I have e-mailed you over 5 working days ago, and even though I have received a reference number I am still awaiting a response. Needless to say I will not recommend or use your services again and would advise that Sara takes a refresher course in her service skills. If I can’t leave a review of the lounge at least I can let you know about your poor standards of service. A very embarrassing experiencing in front of so many people. I look forward to any response or explanation and to receiving my refund.

Shambles! Sent thru the wrong detail of what lounge to use at Glasgow meant that my mother (was a gift to her) got 30mins use. Ruined the start of the holiday for her

Was excited to try the new Aspire lounge in Edinburgh airport. However was not a good experience. The breakfast was cold. No bacon. Then the lemonade in our drinks was off. It was soda we were drinking had to wait on someone coming to change it. Time in an airport is limited so unacceptable. The staff were lovely but run off there feet. Only 2 of them working. For a Saturday morning. Not good.

Food was cold and inedible, the whole two hours all I had was two cups of tea . Poor choices , no pastries left , no yogurt left …for what you charge it was a disgrace . The ham had clearly been reheated because it was to hard to chew . I plan on complaining officially

No champagne despite paying in advance for champagne. 90% of the time there was nobody serving at the bar. Food portions were small and cold. No private bathrooms. All in all, a waste of money.

Really disappointed, the lounge was dirty although a lady wandered around with her trolley clearing tables she didn’t use her cleaning equipment when people left there table and pushed all the crumbs on the floor, so consequently the floor was filthy ! The buffet consists of cheese and biscuits nothing else and hot food selection was poor , really disappointing.

The receptionist assumed We hadn’t booked he also spoke so quickly we didn’t understand what he was saying and the app didn’t wok to order any hot food and my wife had assistance and we were told that the lounge would let the assistance know to pick us up to go to the gate and when we asked at the lounge it was a straight no we don’t

Booking was taken even though aspire are aware of only two hour before check in at the moment and their is only a two hour a slot so only ended up having 1 hour before we were thrown out by staff turnin lights out… food so poor won’t book again

Basically a bar. Absolute mis selling at its finest. Massage chairs, there is ONE. Spent best part of ten mins here. Won’t be wasnt my money again. Sleeping area was a load of couches - just ridiculous, never seen something so stupid.

I was very upset and disappointed as I arrived at the lounge to be told it’s not been rebooked in after receiving an email the day before to say that the escape lounge was closed and there was moving us to a different one

Very limited food and beverages, small lounge, no room to spread out and relax. It was cold and no toilets.

The lounge was very small and had uncomfortable chairs. Not all chairs had access to power for phones and. Imputes. Not much of views of the airfield as stated. Was told we could not sit at other higher tables as these were for larger groups so had to eat our breakfast off of very small tables at low levels. Very uncomfortable to eat from. The choice of food was poor. No magazines like other lounges we have visited. Staff on entering were so uninviting, with no instructions on what to do. The toilets were back in the terminal so no benefit paying for the lounge either. Very disappointing and would like a refund as do not feel it was any better then sitting in the terminal in fact I would say it was worst.
