Worst lounge experience ever. We normally get a paid for airport lounge and this visit may mean we don’t again. The food arrived Luke warm, it was a challenge to find a seat, the buffet selection was not only limited but also barely filled so when I did try and get something it was pretty much unavailable ie cheese for the biscuits. The staff were friendly enough. We had preordered a gin drink as my wife likes them and was told they do not even offer it there. When we booked we hadn’t realised we only had a 2 hour slot - we contacted to find out if we could extend etc and never received a response. We travel normally two to three times a year and would book any other lounge after this experience.

Asked to review but we didn’t use our booking ~ the company is incontactable despite having an amendment policy. Shocking experience and customer service. One to avoid!

The lounge in Dubai was just “ok” poorly signposted with a limited range of facilities and food, toilets were not of the quality I’d expect of an exec lounge and overall the lounge was grubby and tired. One saving grace was the staff were lovely.

Was very poor service not enough staff had to wait for breakfast I assume you no exactly how many people and at what time they arrive very basic was a surprise for my family 7of us was a waste off money

Lady greeted me with. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of choice today and then proceeded to stand about looking idle the entire time I was there. The food choice was terrible and I had major regret. Never again.

Awful. Lack of beverage and food choice and staff were rude and miserable. Many congregated in one area gossiping. Definitely not worth the £50 paid

The particular lounge I visited closed very early for those getting evening flights. What is more, the staff were even making it clear they wanted us out 40 minutes before closing. Come on, don't specify a closing time if you really want to close long before that. Staff not so welcoming - especially at reception. Isn't the idea of such a lounge to allow you to relax? Maybe not. Choice of food/snacks very poor. No newspapers or magazines. Sorry but this outfit has a lot to learn. Not even worth one star. Wish I'd put the money towards a nice meal instead.

Very lucky to find a seat, was too warm in the lounge with the choice of food and drinks selection not worth the price. Fruit juice was concentrated not fresh, no tomato juice available as it hadn’t been delivered, no consideration to go and buy some so instead customers had to suffer.

We were sadly advised to seek a refund by the Lounge Receptionist. There was extremely limited stock available. We have requested the refund as advised but not yet heard anything back after 9 days.

The service and staff were amazing but there was a lack of options. Which we later found out was due to deliveries. We overheard this as we were leaving when new customers coming in were offered money back due to the limited option. It is a bit frustrating that another customer was offered this but we weren’t

Goedendag, Graag zou ik dit bericht per e-mail sturen maar helaas kan ik nergens een e-mailadres van jullie vinden. Vandaag heb ik verbleven in Lounge 26. Het zou een ontspannen begin zijn van onze trip, een gezellig weekend met vrienden ter ere van een 25e verjaardag. De lounge was erg vol en gehorig, je moest moeite doen om een goede plek bij elkaar te vinden (4 personen). Het eten was koud, als er al wat te halen viel. Keuze is zeer beperkt. Soep was koud, brood was taai, koffiemachine was stuk, alchoholvrije bier was op en tot overvloed werd het eten al om 18:15 uur weg gehaald. Dit vinden wij de betaalde € 30 pp dan ook zeker niet waard. Erg jammer. Als wij van te voren wisten dat wij voor dit bedrag enkel een zakje chips met een cola konden krijgen konder we nog beter naar de AH to GO gaan. En een ontspannen begin van de reis? nee. Om tien over half zeven werd de hele lounge al stofgezogen, met andere woorden voor de gasten die er nog zaten: weg wezen. Fijn, nu dan maar een stoel elders op schiphol vinden, kunnen we direct langs de AH to GO of mc donalds voor een warme snack. Ons reserveringsnummer is AMS-1401648-ASP26. Vriendeiljk verzoek om een reactie per e-mail te geven. Gr. Jasper haan en de andere reizigers.

The lounge was very dirty, many of the tables hadn't been cleaned after previous users. The coffee was disgusting, no matter how many extra shots of espresso I added it still tasted like reused coffee grounds. The food was mediocre, for example the bread rolls were hard and very processed. Considering you're paying to be in different toilets, you'd expect then to be clean, but I could not use them. The smell was revolting, the seats were covered in urine, and some even faeces! I had to leave the lounge early to use the public toilets which were very clean! I would not recommend this lounge to anyone.

You were not overly busy so slow with the food and drinks gave up waiting for further drnksand felt sorry for my wife who paid you £120 odd pound will not be using you again you ought to be ashamed of the service and staff at BHX hope that you have decency to reply yours a very angry Charles and Christine Powell

Arrived just as it opened , fridges not stocked from night before , breakfast barms seemed to be stale , from day before , beverages warm due to unstocked fridges , no draft ale available only bottles as pump wasn’t working , pretty poor .

Arrived to find only 3 staff on and the lounge was very busy. We had to wait 45 minutes for 1 drink, so on the next order we doubled up and didn’t receive any drink at all. We ordered food and it came out cold and after a 30 minute wait too. Overall extremely dissatisfied and when I asked about how I could complain nobody gave me an email or a managers name. Extremely poor service and I won’t be going back. 0/10

Hi I never got to use the executive lounge at Manchester as you cancelled my visit due to time changes you told me my time was no longer available I never recieved a voucher for another time or date which I found very upsetting I have always booked executive lounge I was flying on September 21st my flight was 15.15pm I was booked in to the aspire at 12pm terminal 1 I await your reply Mr raymond newby.

My friend & i checked into the Aspire Executive lounge Birmingham around 12:45 on the 20th September, we were asked to scan the code that was on the table & order everything on the App! We are not that good with these phones & apps so it took us a while to sort it out. As it was waiter service only it took a while to get our order, we had 4 glasses of wine each & was told we were not allowed any more drinks as we had reached the limit???? We had paid £26 each to relax & chill before our holiday as it has been so stressful with the current climate. I doubt we will be booking the lounge again.
