Ordered disinfectant, it arrived leaking ,sent photos and emails ,the emails from customer service were awful ,one saying im suprised it leaked through the plastic bag ,then asking which end of the bag had it leaked from ,it felt like they were questioning my integrity, not once did they offer to replace it despite photos i sent showing it arrived in a soaking box and leaking in the plastic bag .appalling service, needless to say i will never buy off them again

My order of 2 plants were a right mess when they arrived, and one literally went straight in the bin. There's no way I was giving it to my tortoise.

Very poor communication, i had to contact the company 4 times before i got an email from them, there was a delay in my shipping, and i got not email to update me what was going on or what happened. Just very poor communication, i won't be ordering from them again.

HI Carl I'm sorry your calci worms arrived perished and i can see that you did email on 01.07.2020 at 15:28. My colleague did actually reply back at 16:28 the same day offering a refund or credit for these, it is showing as opened but you may have missed this? Order never came contacted them to ask about where my order was they ignored it and then sent me asking to review them. I hate giving a bad review and if they ever put this right I will amend but in the meantime they have taken money for goods that hasn’t been delivered and are ignoring our requests to find out when our turtles can expect to get their light back!

The GIANT Habba Hut which was described on the website stated dimensions of (51.4 x 52.1 x 32.4cm) but this is Incorrect. I received a habba hut which was labelled giant ok but the dimensions are actually half of that described on website. This is very misleading and I will not be using you again.

I'd give 0 if could, failed to deliver then said they have a picture of the household for proof but didn't send any image to confirm their claim

I would never use them again, placed my order on November 21st, delivery due within 5-10 working days. Got my items only on December 23rd!!! After chasing my order numerous times.

Hi Francesca, From speaking with my colleagues, I understand there was a product that was out of stock within our starter kit, this inevitably delayed the shipping of this order. This was due to the product being discontinued by our supplier and unfortunately us being caught unaware of this situation. For that I can only apologise. However I understand you were kept informed regarding this situation and the order notes we have reflect that you said you were happy to wait? Stayed home all day for arranged delivery which never arrived, attempted to contact them but had no response to emails, calls or messages left. Finally got through a few days later to be told they were out of the animal, was offered a different type that I accepted. It arrived the following week in terrible condition, it was barely able to move and respond and upon closer inspection was covered in multiple layers of stuck shed (filling his nostrils, ears and parts of eyes and mouth and cutting of circulation to his toes) and missing horns and the majority of his scales. After removing the stuck shed i found that the skin underneath was covered in wounds, two of which were rather severe. I emailed regarding the issue and got no response so phoned up, after multiple tries I received an email that, like all of the responses from them, was dismissive of the issue. ‘upon packing nothing was noticed and that are all WC (Wild Collected), they can sometimes have the odd scale/horn missing, which is normal for any WC animals. I believe this Dragon had been shedding and it can take a good week for them to fully shed their skin - therefore, some skin may have still been present.’ I responded again to clarify the origin of the animal as I had initially been informed it was captive bred and to stress the extent of the issues but once again have received no response.

Hi Jane, We have responded to every single email you have sent and have obviously spoken to you on the phone on a few occasions regarding this situation. To be clear the animal you purchased was wild caught. This is stated clearly on our website and we would never mislead anyone over an animals origin. We sell very few WC animals and continue to encourage captive breeding at every level. Every animal before it is shipped (via our specialist courier) is fully inspected by our experienced staff. If an animal has an obvious ailment or illness it would be immediately removed from sale and refunded. We would never risk the life of any animal. During our conversation with you, we were informed that you removed dry skin to expose wounds. In our experience wounds like this are normally caused by removing shed that is not ready to come off. I understand this situation has now been resolved for you and you are satisfied with the outcome. Best regards Chris

Ordered a Tarantula on the Sunday. Called them on the monday morning at 9am to say I would like to cancel the order as well as backing this up with an email. Got a further email on Moday at 5pm to say the order gas been dispatched. Called them again to be told sorry the order has been dispatched just get royal mail to return to sender and a full refund will be issued. This I did but I am still waiting on a refund and have emailed them twice regarding this still without a response. Waited before I wrote this review to see if they could resolve but seems they are not interested.

Hi David, Firstly let me apologise for the mistake of shipping out this order after this had been cancelled via the phone Monday morning. I believe this had already been passed over to be packed and the message of the cancellation hadn't reached the team in time. As discussed on the phone Monday evening, we advised you to refuse the parcel which in turn arrived back with us. I can confirm a full refund has been processed. Looking into the emails, these had come through as 'spam', I have changed this on the system to prevent this from happening again in the future. Again we apologise for this mistake. Kind Regards,
