“My daughter has wanted an orchid mantis for some time. I clicked for updates as to when these would be available. I ordered one for her as soon as they had some. Exotic pets have excellent customer service and support. They keep in touch if there is any issues regarding your order such as weather delays etc. Always very helpful. My daughter is over the moon with her latest praying mantis!”

Hi Pawel, I think this might have been a typo or a mistake. This order was delayed for 1 week due to extreme cold weather during February. We emailed all customers with outstanding orders to advise of the delay and that we would send their order out as soon as it was safe to do so. Please understand that we do this to prevent any risk to the livestock. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks
