“I recently purchased a Wild type Tliltocatl albopilosus tarantula sling ,some micro crickets and a few other items for invertebrate care.The livestock were very healthy -the sling being sturdy and active.All items were delivered promptly and packaged so thoughfully that no harm was possible to the sling or crickets during transport.Exotic pets is one of the few traders I personally use and trust for my transactions as they take that extra care of the livestock they sell and have a good range of necessary equipment.”

Hi Marc, Thank you for your review. This is the first we heard about there being a problem with your order- we received no email. Our system logs and stores all correspondence, there is nothing linked to your order number or email. We tracked your item: We sent the item the next day via the postage method you selected at checkout (Royal Mail 48), delivery was attempted but missed. It is currently awaiting collection at the sorting office. We are sorry that you feel this way about our service, but we did everything we could. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, the delivery is up to them. Kind regards, Gemma

“Everything I buy from exotic pets is in superb condition and I would like to show ya my spiders in their enclosures with substrate etc but spiders hiding til it's dark and some are in pre molt stage.. If spiders are happy then I am happy”
