“The staff were really helpful with my purchase. I was looking for a heating cable for my indoor greenhouse plants cabinet. Answered all my questions, and when I popped in to collect, they showed me/talked me through the various thermostats I could use explaining all the features. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and my daughter loved having a little wander through the shop to see some of the reptiles and amphibians too!”

“Order was received in good time however the majority of 3 packets worth of crickets were dead on arrival and not edible which is a shame and why the lower score awarded. Had they all been in good health a 5 star would have been awarded”
