“Honestly, not the best system. Hard to reconcile month-end balances as the figures change the following day/weeks. No monthly statement. Not the best for auditing. Just frustrating really.”

“On the whole, I think expend is good. The only problem I have is sometimes transactions show as "synced" on Expend but when I reconcile in Xero, they are missing and I have to resync the items. It's also become a lot more expensive than when we originally signed up which may lead us to looking at other options.”

“The daily day-to-day business is smooth, if and when I have any problems I always get a very swift response from a real person (not an automated bot reply) - which is invaluable these days - and the problems are usually solved pretty much immediately. Expend has also worked on improving their services, offering bank cards now to provide more security against fraud.”
