“Revolutionary way of managing expenses! I have been an end user of Expend for a few years and have never thought Mileage Claims and Expense Submission could be this easy. With an array of customisations systems were easy to implement and reporting tools very helpful in forecasting expenditure or analysing fiscal years. From introducing new document scanner and HMRC compliant mileage expenses, this service has brought many great updates throughout my time. As a part of 30+ team we have all thoroughly enjoyed the ease of completing our monthly expenses. Unfortunately, it also comes with small drawbacks. Our pre-paid systems have run out of funds on few occasions leaving a few team members without funds whilst new top-ups cleared. We have also experienced long loading times (especially on Android and iOS apps) and the web navigation could allow for multiple tabs opened at a time to reduce waiting times. All this is future room for improvement, don't forget the very helpful staff always at your fingertips may you require assistance!”
