“Overall, Expend is really easy to use and submitting expenses is fairly straightforward. One improvement I think would be helpful would be to have different currencies and do the conversion rates automatically.”

“Usually very easy although I do find it easier online rather than on the app, as sometimes, the app won't let me pop on which branch I am expensing from. but, it's very quick and easy”

“Still enjoying the Expend experience, although it would be useful if the reports would show when a transaction was booked (as well as the date of the transaction), so it's easier to see whether someone has booked a transaction very late, which has therefore not been loaded to the general ledger. Also the Expend card turns out to be of limited utility in China, because for our purposes very few outlets accept Mastercard. Also some staff have had their cards arbitrarily blocked (eg in Colombia and Dublin), so they had to fall back on their personal funds. Expend chat is very responsive whenever I raise queries - many thanks”
