“I placed an order in the summer (August), but since I never received it I cancelled the order mid-October. Still haven't received my refund (now end-November). There is no phone number to call and they don't answer on e-mails or messages. This company seems to be a scam, stay away!”

“Bought a Fjallraven jacket in Nov 2022. Returned it in December 2022 as it was too large and asked for reimbursement. 3 months later and nothing, money were lost!!! Does anyone know if there’s a common lawsuit against Exxpozed? They scam a lot of people in this manner”

“NO REFUND (it's been a month already) Items (2 Fjallraven jackets) EU-00099342 received in the end of January 2023. Jackets seemed too large so i initiated a return procedure. Sadly, no confirmation letter. I have a proof from the post service company that the package is received on February 8th. So now its more than a month since that. The sum is quite large (~1000 euros) so situation like this makes me worrying. Of course i tried to contact eXXpozed few times but no result, no answer. Please act accordingly and respect your customers. If you are not able to process all the refunds, inform customers about the situation and when should they expect refunds.”

“A disgrace of a company, avoid like the plague. 1. They do not inform you correctly about customs tax to the uk 2. They do not respond swiftly to enquiries / complaints 3. The postage takes an age 4. So if you wish to return the product, they are not interested 5. They blame Brexit (any normal person in the uk understands it is a challenge!) 6. Unsympathetic and unwilling to consider any kind of refund ‘not our problem Jack’ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“eXXpozed puts no effort into customer service. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card because of lack of delivery. I order hiking boots on November 27 with an expectation that I would receive these before Christmas according to their website. Two months later, the last DHL tracking report was December 2. Customer support at eXXosed did not follow through on their promise to trace the package and refused my request to refund the purchase. I filed a dispute with my credit card. I lost most of the winter sports season and eXXpozed offered no solution. Highly recommend buying from their competitors.”

“Total scam. Ordered new ski gear, over a thousand dollars and the package still hasn't shipped. I ordered 3 months ago. Customer service is AWFUL and won't refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Awful Company and customer service awful company and customer service. was sent out the wrong ski helmet and have been refused the refund for the return postage of £40!!!!! i emailed to say the item would need to be returned as it was the wrong model and not one of their advisors told me otherwise. never been so angry in my life !!!!! absolute scammers !!!!! avoid !!!!!!”

“**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I ordered two items from them which had a 1/2 day delivery time. After them not arriving on time I contacted them and still (8days later) nothing. I then tracked my item on DHL which read delivered?! After contacting DHL, I found out my items had been returned to Exposed due to Germany being in a full lockdown and not accepting any imports/exports. Like the DHL advisor said, the supplier would've known this for over a month and wasn't sure why they would continue to take orders from abroad knowing they can't deliver them??? Well I'll tell you why, after reading lots of reviews on Exxpozed, they're inept at best and on the brink of being a fraudulent company, that is prepared to take orders & payment from customers in countries they know full well they can't deliver to! I now have to go through PayPal to get a full refund, but thankfully I paid with PayPal at least. If you are not in Germany, forget EVER USING Exxpozed!”

“Ordered cycling shoes Oct. 1st and just got them today November 20th...7 weeks! We were under the impression they would arrive within 2 to 3 business days according to their website which was not clear. Even understanding they are a German company we figured they had a US warehouse they would ship from...not the case! We order regularly from all over the world and when those sites state a shipping date it’s based on our location and how long it would take. Even with Covid delays we’ve revived items in a reasonable and acceptable period. I bought other cycling shoes online and received them a week ago. This is just another bad review to add to their endless count!”

“I bought a coat for my wifes birthday. Email 2 days later that its not in stock. Said they would automatically refund me. 8 working days later still nothing. I have emailed them and raised complaint with Paypal. Awful beware”

“WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed a order with 7 items which worth 1314.86 euro on 11 May 2020. I only received 1 item from exxpozed today (10/06/2020), I've tried to email and call them, but they completely ignore my enquires for whole month. They only reply when you give negative review on Google page. They said they shipped all 7 items by DHL, I called DHL a fews time with the tracking number CI601888836DE, but DHL said they only had 1 item. Exxpozed lied to their customer all the time, they try to play a disgusting game. IT IS A SCAM! I've reported it to Paypal, hopefully Paypal can get my money back.”

“3 minutes ago I ordered a sleeping bag more than a month ago. I still haven't received the sleeping bag. When I called the customer service they offered me to refund my money (350 euros) because they couldn't tell me when the sleeping bag would be available for shipping. It's been a week now and I still have not received a refund. Their hotline is so busy I cannot even get through the line.”

“100% FRAUD. They do not have any stock at all! DHL tracking number has been provided immediately but item has never been sent ("scheduled for pickup" according to DHL for already 2 weeks). No reply on any of my 5 emails to them. Only upon PayPal case has been created they replied that "item has been returned back to them according to COVID-19" - they lie obviously and DHL confirmed thus lie. Avoid this and outdoorsport24 and backpacking-united.com and thousand other websites created by russian and chineese hackers. I GIVE THEM ZERO if I can do it here”

“It is the most non professional company i have never order something. It is like you communicate with robots and not with people that they want ro help their costumers. I am waiting for three months my order and nobody want to help me to find a way for my problem. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!”
