“THEY OWE ME £500 I MADE AN ORDER IN JULY 2023 I KEPT 1 ITEM AND RETURNED THE OTHER 8 THEY HAVE REFUNDED ONLY THE ITEM I KEPT AND NOT REFUNDED THE OTHER ITEMS, THEY OWE ME OVER £500 AND HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR 217 DAYS AND COUNTING I GOT 1 EMAIL SAYING THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME AND MONEY CAME INTO MY ACCOUNT 1 MONTH LATER BUT NOT THE FULL AMOUNT ONLY 80/500 THEY STILL IGNORE MY EMAILS info@ s.bloch@ v.kehrle@ info@ ALL IGNORING ME ORDER NUMBER UK-00143605”

“Achtung absolut unseriös. Kundenservice Fehlanzeige. eXXpozed hält sich weder an geltendes Recht noch an selbst gegebene Garantie. Zum Fall: Ich habe am 07.01.2024 ein teures Zelt bei eXXpozed bestellt . Das Zelt wurde dann am 11.01.2024 geliefert. Als ich es mir dann angesehen habe und den ,vom Hersteller in der Bedienungsanleitung empfohlenen, Probeaufbau im heimischen Garten gemacht habe, traten neben offensichtlich Qualitätsmängel auch ein Defekt zu Tage. Wohlgemerkt,beim auspacken. Direkt schickte ich eXXpozed dazu eine E-Mail mit Bildern. Keine Antwort,auch Tage später nicht. Ich versuchte es über die Support Hotline und alle nur auffindbaren Telefonnummern. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis: Warteschleife und nach 2 Stunden rausgeguckt. 2 Tage später schrieb ich wieder eine Email, wieder mit einer ausführlichen Erläuterungen und Bildern+ aller meiner Kontaktdaten Post, Email, Telefon. Nichts. Keine Reaktion von eXXpozed. 2 Tage später schickte ich eXXpozed wieder eine Email nachdem ich wieder vergebens telefonisch Kontakt versucht hatte. In dieser E-Mail schrieb ich, das ich Gemäß "Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) § 437 Rechte des Käufers bei Mängeln Ist die Sache mangelhaft, kann der Käufer, wenn die Voraussetzungen der folgenden Vorschriften" und der von ihnen gewährten: Freiwillige Rückgabegarantie des eXXpozed Kundenservice das Zelt mittels des von ihnen mitgeliefert DHL Retouren Aufkleber zurück schicke. Anbei auch der ausgefüllte Warenrücksendeschein in dem ich nochmals die Mängel und meinen rechtmäßigen Rücktritt vom Kauf beschrieb. Das Paket ging am gleichen Tag raus und ist nachweislich (Sendungsverfolgung) Am 18.01.2024 dort angekommen. 5 Tage später , am 23.01.2024 !!!erhielt ich eine Mail, man habe das Zelt erhalten und an den Hersteller in der Schweiz geschickt und Zitat :warte auf die Antwort ob dies repariert, ersetzt, abgelehnt oder gutgeschrieben wird. Aus einer rechtmäßigen Retoure/Wiederruf der sowohl mit dem BGB wie auch der eigenen Rückgabegarantie konform ist, macht eXXpozed einfach eigenmächtig eine Reklamation und ignoriert vollkommen die Rechte des Kunden bei Internetkäufen und ihre eigenen Versprechungen. WEITERE 2 WOCHEN SPÄTER IST IMMER NOCH KEINE RÜCKZAHLUNG GESCHEHEN!!! eXXpozed verhält sich rechtswidrig, unseriös und wirbt täuscht Garantien vor an die sie sich nicht halten. Noch dazu gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit des Kontakt zu ihnen für den Kunden.”

“**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** Absolutely shocking experience with Exxposed. Wouldn't even give them one star but won't let me post the review without doing so. They maybe a bit cheaper than other retailers but honestly spend the extra and go somewhere that offers some form of after sales service. Bought a pair of aku super alp boots in January 2023. Product comes with a 2 year warranty. Sole started to come away from upper in September 2023. Made exxposed aware of this. They sent me a prepaid returns label via parcel force and said they'd need to send the boots back to the manufacturer for inspection. Sent the boots back and checked on the tracking status which said addressee to collect from depot. I made exxposed aware of this and asked when they'd be collected. No response received. Chased them and still no response. Parcel force tracking now shows that they're being shipped back to the UK. Brilliant!”

“if only i checked the reviews before hand - orders lots of items from this store and kept a small percent of them - send back the rest and at least 30 emails and not heard anything back. The return is marked as delivered, my emails are delivered but no money or communication - UK****43605 is my order number”

“It is the most non professional company i have never order something. It is like you communicate with robots and not with people that they want ro help their costumers. I am waiting for three months my order and nobody want to help me to find a way for my problem. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!”
