“SCAM - DO NOT BUY. I placed an online order 1 month ago and I did not receive anything. Sent them emails but no reply. Called them by phone several times and nobody answers.”

“Simply: Ordered a product through exxpozed, they took the money, but never sent it. They also did not respond to any of my several communications regarding requests for an update or a refund. Ended up having to dispute the PayPal transaction to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!”

“They take your money and never ship the order. They won't answer emails, but every 8th day they'll send an automated mail telling you that they are either of out of stock for some unspecified item OR that they haven't received your money. There is no way of cancelling the order or get a refund. They seem to have been delaying orders and not paying out refunds for a long time, and it seems to get worse. I've seen this behavior in several companies on the brink of bankruptcy before. Getting short-term capital from your customers isn't sustainable and will just delay the inevitable. They're just digging them self deeper into the mud, and in worst case they're actually filling their pockets with our money on the way out. I'll be surprised if they come out of this and start delivering again.”

“Scam. Exxposed website is nice with great products. It is a scam though. you will never hear from them or see your product. there is a US flag on the home page falsely indicating they have distribution in the US. part of the scam. avoid unless you like giving your money to eastern european scam artists.”

“horrible experience with this horrible company. waited one month for delivery (the website said 4-6 days). when the items arrived in the UK i was charge £75 import and customs fees on a 200 euro order. avoid.”

“My order was cancelled following cash prepayment under the claim that the item was out of stock. Suspiciously, the item reappeared in stock yet no one responded to my multiple emails to multiple contact addresses about this or my refund, which I still had not received after two weeks. On Instagram they replied multiple times that my details had been passed onto accounting and management, but with no subsequent resolution. It has been a month now since my payment so there are no excuses for a legitimate business. This same scenario appears to have happened to multiple UK customers too. Since I have at least talked to customer services, accounting and management appears either incompetent or indifferent, but it could possibly be a scam too. Unless I am fully reimbursed and they improve their practices, I would avoid completely.”

“I returned a merino shirt on February 16th. 2023. Until today 31th of March no refund no responding to 7 emails asking for my refund. They take the money from people when they order and then they have it. This company cheats the customers.”

“Bought a Fjallraven jacket in Nov 2022. Returned it in December 2022 as it was too large and asked for reimbursement. 3 months later and nothing, money were lost!!! Does anyone know if there’s a common lawsuit against Exxpozed? They scam a lot of people in this manner”

“NO REFUND (it's been a month already) Items (2 Fjallraven jackets) EU-00099342 received in the end of January 2023. Jackets seemed too large so i initiated a return procedure. Sadly, no confirmation letter. I have a proof from the post service company that the package is received on February 8th. So now its more than a month since that. The sum is quite large (~1000 euros) so situation like this makes me worrying. Of course i tried to contact eXXpozed few times but no result, no answer. Please act accordingly and respect your customers. If you are not able to process all the refunds, inform customers about the situation and when should they expect refunds.”
