Like many UK buyers I was duped into thinking the price exxpozed changed was all I would pay only then to receive a letter from customs stating I must pay an extra £70 to receive the parcel. Once I received my item I then discovered if I needed to return it exxpozed would not cover the return postage or refund customs fees leaving me around £100 out of pocket. Non of these things are clearly explained at the time of purchase.

Everything arrived well packed and in perfect shape. Delivery took a little longer but I don't mind since the delivery option was very cheap.

At EVERY stage in this timeline I have had to chase the next step. Didn’t bother to include the dates I sent emails asking for help – the list would be too long! 18 January: Coat ordered and paid for ahead of a skiing holiday 27 January: Coat dispatched 28 January: tracking status says coat is being prepared at customs for shipping to the UK – this is the status 1 month later) 5 February: Exxpozed say a complaint has been raised with DHL due to the delay 7 February: request for refund if not delivered by 12 February (my holiday the coat was for) 8 February: informed by Exxpozed they will only refund when they have the item in hand (it is with THEIR carrier!!) 18 February: informed I should have received a customs invoice via DHL – I haven’t so Exxpozed said they "will investigate" 23 February: I send yet another chasing email for an update 24 February: told to wait for DHL to respond As of 28 February: • 6 weeks since the item as ordered • I have to coat • I have no refund • I have no support

I ordered a cycling jacket worth just over £200. I was really annoyed to get customs charges from royal mail for almost £90. I only noticed they were based in Germany when I received the order confirmation. I have found their customer Services Manager to be extremely rude and he refused to give me the email address to escalate the complaint to the MD. He claimed the charges were clearly highlighted on the website, when in fact you have to click on a Ts&Cs link to access the terms. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews before I ordered. So many people are making similar points. I will not be buying from EXXpozed again.

Would of been nice to have your website clearly display there would be very expensive customs charges to pay tother UK you company website makes you feel you are liaising with a UK outlet until a very expensive customs charge which has now made the purchase cost of my boots more expensive than buying from anther retailer in the UK will not be using again feel so mad

Konnte bisher nur gute Erfahrungen machen! Sehr netter Kundenservice, der sich auch Zeit für meine Fragen zu einer Winterjacke genommen hat. Preislich gibt es hier immer super Angebote und eine große Auswahl an tollen Outdoor Marken.

Feel like an ass. Should've googled the company before making an order worth €460. Scamming went according to the lines already depicted here many times. I'm trying to cancel the order while nothing happens with the shipping. Just avoid.

Exxpozed has terrible customer support and overall service. I tried to exchange a pair of climbing shoes I ordered in the wrong size, they refunded my payment and now the price for the shoes went up considerably. They say I need to place a new order, obviously paying the higher price, on top of having to pay for the return shipping and a new shipping fee for the new shoes. I never asked for a refund in the first place. I feel cheated. Needless to say, do not recomend.

Deliberately misleading for UK customers. Be warned! The shipping information for non-EU customers is designed to trick customers. Expect to pay almost 50% extra in tax/customs and duties on any order to the UK. Exxpozed do not want you to know this: links to more information do not work, and they tell you shipping the the UK is free. It's not. They even have a "UK site", which is completely pointless if you can't order from the UK without incurring enormous charges. Exxpozed, please make the situation for non-EU customers much clearer on your site. It is very poor business ethic to pretend the taxes have nothing to do with you and trick people into ordering. You must get tired of customer complaints on this issue, so just make it clearer on your site, or stock items in the UK!

My item were heavily delayed (3 weeks no shipping) and when I started talking to customer service they basically said they initiated a "investigation" and I had to wait 14 days for the result of the investigation. I connected DHL and they gave me more realistic updates but told me I can't do more except through exxpozed. I pinged customer service everyday through multiple channels just asking for a single update or any information as to what's going on they ended up replying asking me to stop asking!

I thinking to order item from this shop but I was surprise when I would like to purchase, I got discount 10% and when I add my address Australia, prices was drop, form 4xx to 3xx. Then I search they shop and I found this website. After I read review I don’t want to buy with them. Thanks guy for your review.

For 3 weeks I'm waiting for my delivery. Each week I get the response that my order is delayed for another week. No guaranteed delivery. They only collect orders and make promises. I guess you can wait for months. Worst experience ever

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!! eXXpozed.com sold nme a product theyt DID NOT HAVE IN INVENTORY, took my money, and PayPal charged me a $8.00 US rate exchange fee. Then, after eXXposed.com acknowledged they never had the product in their inventory, they refused to refund my $8.00 rate exchange fee. They now do not return my email inquiries

Do not use them. I bought a jacket that didn't fit, paid $200 to return and still no refund. And I had realized I made a mistake on sizing within minutes and canceled order but they wrote back saying it was too late. Con artists, don't use this company.

I ordered two jumpers that were advertised as in stock on the website. The jumpers took 1 month to be delivered to the UK. Despite me asking for updates, correspondence was very poor. Before I received my items, dealing with Exxpozed had another sting in their tail. They have no agreements for shipping items internationally - I am based in the UK, and in order to receive my jumpers was faced with a £103.82 Customs charge, which I had to pay. I reached out to Exxpozed twice to express my dissappointment - I haven't had any form of response. If you live outside of Germany - I would strongly suggest thinking long and hard before using this company.

Paid for an item 12th of April. Next day I got a message saying item was out of stock and that I would get a refund within 3 days. It is now May 17th and still no refund. I have sent email but only had 1 reply saying I'd get my refund in a few days - still nothing. After I wrote another bad review about them, they replied to the review saying they were having problems with my bank account - absolute lies! Any idiot knows you just return it to where it came from. I am going to have to go into my bank and ask them to reclaim the money. These liars with terrible customers service are certainly not going to do anything. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Kann vom Kauf bei Exxpozed nur abraten. Von der Schweiz aus surfend gibt sich die Website gekonnt als Schweizer Seite aus. Erst wenn es zu spät ist merkt man dass die Preise ohne Mehrwertsteuern gerechnet sind. Bekommt man später die Rechnung von der Post für Mehrwertsteuer und Zollabwicklung, zahlt man am Ende mehr als direkt hier in der Schweiz. Auch beim Geld zurückverweisen nach dem die Bestellung wiedderufen wurde lässt sich exxpozed enorm Zeit. Obwohl auf der website max. 14 tagenach wiedderuf steht, warte ich nun schon über einen Monat auf Mein Geld. Auch die Rückerstattung für Produkte die garnicht erst verschickt wurden weil sie nicht auf Lager waren (obwohl auf der Website stand das sie wären) fand noch nicht Statt. Ein äusserst perfides Geschäftsmodell den exxpozed da betreibt. Hätte ich nur besser vor der Bestellung ihre anderen Online Bewertungen gelesen. Bitte Geld zurück

I leave in Canada, I order two ski jackets, in two different packages. The first package arrived to Canada after two months, I order it at the end of November, I got it at the end of January, the package was damage. I email them many times to ask about my package, they don't care about your problem! I had to find out with the post office. The link that they provide, with the information of the package is not accurate. Unfortunately the jacket didn't fit me, so I had to return it, the next day I got it. The package arrived to them at the end of February, they refund my money until April, of course until I request for it. I had to pay $180can to send the package back, they didn't reimburse that money to me. The second package, was lost after a month. They never let me know, I had to email them several times, I need to find out by myself with the post office, that the package was lost. They refund my money, just after I request for it!! But they knew already that the package was lost. I called them a few times, they just don't know anything, I emailed them many times, they just don't care about us the customers!!! Don't waste your time and money with them!!! Even if you find the products cheaper, you will pay an over price after all!!
