I love the options. There’s so many. Pricing is very good and affordable, I just wish you would be able to pay with Zip or Affirm, so I could buy more. Not sure why they’ve blocked the use of these helpful payment methods. Shipping is a little slow sometimes too. Not always, but usually.

The only problem I had was tracking my package. EZ said it was being delivered by DHL. Never could track. Then it shows up today by USPS. Other than that, everything was great. Great price, shipping time was short, and glasses were exactly what I wanted. Thanks

Slow processing after customer purchase. Had to call to get an update and question if my product was processed. Most companies update an order when processing, then shipping, etc.,

Fairly easy to enter info. Said free shipping, yet they charged me $7.95. Haven't received my contacts yet. I guess we'll see. Online contacts shopping is brutal! Bait and switch and changing prices. Don't like the game.

This is a long story that ended well. I placed my order in early May, but was not advised there were supply chain issues until I started asking 'what was taking so long?' (in early June). EZ Contacts staff Hindy was very polite, informative and apologetic about the delays, several times having projected 'it should ship next week'. I was just about ready to ask again today (July 31) when, bada bing, USPS delivered my order today (also July 31). Thank you for finally making it so!

I really like the ease of ordering my contacts. What I don't like is that I get an email reminding me to reorder - when I place a reorder I am charged full price ($89.95 per box), but if I go to the website and choose the contacts and then login, I am given the same exact contacts for $59.95 per box. It seems like a returning customer should get the better deal not the higher price. Glad I checked before buying straight from my email reminder link. :( But, otherwise the service is always fast and easy. You just have to watch the pricing.

First of all let me say that I love EZContact's price and quality, along with how easy it is to navigate their website. The only reason I give them four stars is that it takes so very long to receive my order. Nearly every other online store that I order from has a maximum of a three-day turnaround from the time I place the order until the time I receive it. It takes a week or longer to get my contacts. It just seems like this is an easy fix. Maybe stop using DHL and maybe try a faster shipping company??

The customer service with the online chat operator was excellent. The website wasn't user friendly in terms of adding other family members. I love that you don't have hidden fees.

Price for contacts is great. Been ordering from them for a year now. Twice though, the order did not ship until 2 weeks after placing the order. Customer should be told if contacts are not in stock before placing order and be provided with a back-order date online. My daughter ran out of contacts waiting for these to arrive.

Poor communication, out of stock and didn't say anything about it. When you only have one set of contacts cause of a new prescription communication is king!

El transportista ( DHL ) ha dejado el envío en el suelo del garaje, en la parte del jardín, se MOJÓ TODO CON LA LLUVIA, lo han podido dejar en la puerta de la casa que está techada y grande.. Les agradezco me reembolsen lo pagado… Que irresponsabilidad de parte de DHL

Most online purchasing requires a certain amount of intuition. Unfortunately, some of us are no longer skilled in that area. What you want to do can most likely be done even though it may not seem like it at first, but just keep pushing buttons. EZContacts will not spend your money without a warning. During the process your order will be displayed along with an "edit" and "cancel" option. I wore these options out before I got it right. EZContacts may not be the least expensive online contacts retailer, but of the five I tried they were the most honest. Don't be discouraged when you come to a dead end. Software developers turn to beta testers to verify there efforts, but beta testers are often "power users" not the purchasing public. Hang in there, and enjoy the process.
