Order processing when I placed my order said 3-5 days! It's been 10. Taking a really long time, starting to get nervous! I got tracking information, its been over 24 hours and still no movement on the shipment, not even picked up by the carrier yet! I hope it will be worth the wait.

I appreciate the affordable pricing and frame and lens choices. It was much better than my local optical store, and placing the order through EZContacts online was much easier than i thought it would be. Also, the customer service is very good and friendly. The reason for 3 stars is how slow they are to process and ship the order. Make sure you have 2 or more weeks before you need your glasses, because they're definitely not timely getting your order processed and shipped. Please note, the shipping day choice you make when placing your order only applies to the days that it takes to receive the item after they process it, so in my case, it added an addition week and a half of time.

I had gone on the website and placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have not received product. I am almost out of lenses. When I attempt to go on to find out about my order the website requires email, zip code, and order number which i do not have and it wont let me get past this webpage. Frustrating. It took awhile for my order. I was at my eye doctor’s yesterday and mentioned that I was waiting for my order. She said that she didn’t get a request from your company to verify my rx. She verified while I was there & today I got notification my order shipped so had she not done this I could still be waiting for my order

In 6 short months the cost for these contacts has increased by $30 per box. That is outrageous!!!

It took them 2 weeks to ship my contacts, and I think they shipped only because I asked where they were. Estimated delivery dates clearly mean nothing here.

I placed my order on 5/14 and the on 5/17 I received an email saying it’s still being processed. This seemed a little longer than I expected and there hasn’t been any updates to my order since then it’s still showing as being processed.

Normally three weeks, this one took five.(-1) Paid extra for good anti-glare reduction, not much better than standard lens.(-2) Good price(+1), good 15% blue tint(+1), legit Ray-Bans (+1), three stars.

Not sure why this company sent me a link to review it before I got my products. I guess I can come back and review later after I get my product as of right now I would have to say that I’m frustrated with the company. It told me 5 to 7 days on my initial order or come to find out they didn’t even have the product in stock. I called in and the only option really was just to cancel it. I will say that after doing a lot of research on the web they do seem to have the best pricing so we will see how everything pans out. Maybe I’ll come back in with a higher rating later. I may have to return the ones coming.

Product is good but a month is a long time to wait and much longer than advertised, so I did not have my glasses for the long trip on which I needed them.

Free shipping and when product is available was very confusing. When I make a order at Costco, they send me an email with the order number and date of estimated arrival of product. For example, submitted order on 5/20, they responded with email, I should have my delivery on 5/23, order arrived on 5/23 with tracking available throughout process with no delays.

Paid $19.99 for 2 day delivery to a commercial address & they marked it residential which delayed the delivery a day for no reason. Nothing more frustrating than seeing it “out for delivery” 2 days in a row!!
