EZ contacts will give an initial discount and then will hike up the prices. Some of the promotions will include free shipping and handling but won’t give you an option to pick free shipping. Overall, still getting the best deal for online contacts.

I tried to re-order my contacts and they wanted to charge me 50% more than last time. Once I googled it I found a "web offer" that had the same price as last time so I got a decent price but they just make it complicated/annoying if you want a good price. Also they have a banner at the top of the site that says "Free shipping on all US orders" but then when I ordered I had to pay shipping. The final price is fine I just wish they weren't kind of sleazy with the pricing and deals but for whatever reason seems like every place that sells contacts does that these days...

I reordered as it was very easy to do so, however my first order I would say an average of 10 contacts out of 90 had defects which made me unable to utilize them. Contacts are pricey so for 10/90 not being able to utilized was a bit annoying. Hoping this reorder does not have this issue.

Ruth, the rep was helpful, thank you Ruth However, I found out after I paid for the lenses that the office where I was fitted sells the lenses for less than your price. I got a 1st time buyer's discount which made it a tiny bit cheaper, but you need to do better pricing if you want repeat customers.

Regarding your feedback, even if you are buying colored contact lenses just to change up your eye color, you still need to see an eye care professional and obtain a prescription, even for Plano (non-prescription) contact lenses. Your eye doctor will find the optimum lens fit and design for your eyes, to ensure that the contact lenses fit your eye properly to avoid any discomfort or damage to your eyes. Not to worry if you can't get to your eye doctor! EZcontacts is glad to provide a free online vision test that will easily provide you with a proper prescription. There was no email/text message notification from EZContacts when there was a delay of shipping. I had to wait over an hour to talk to the EZContact support to get my order ( ordered 17 days ago) update.

The order time was a bit ridiculous - I ordered the glasses on Feb 28 and they arrived on Mar 29. Had they noted that processing time was 4 weeks I may have used another site. I do like the freebies they sent along with the glasses though.

Website was fine to use. The prescription verification thing is a little weird since there’s no where that says whether your prescription is confirmed yet or not. My contacts are also on back order and no one contacted me about it until I asked a question about why my contacts where “processing” for a whole week.

The process of ordering my glasses was easy and simple,but the shipping part was very disappointing after almost a month of not receiving any updates on my order, I had to contact customer service about any update on it, after a few days I was told my order was on backorder,it would have been nice to receive updates about it, before I had to contact them after almost 2 months my glasses have finally been shipped.

It was easy to put in my prescription and complete the order. The company processed and shipped my glasses quite quickly. The issue came when DHL picked up the item and it was delayed. They state that the frames they sell are authentic but the frames did not come with a certificate of authenticity card. I also noticed that one of my pictures I posted on my review wasn’t uploaded. It was a picture of some of the lettering being scratched off. I also noticed that with the review I gave, miraculously there were two new reviews (these glasses have been bookmarked on my phone for the last 3 years. I know how many reviews there were) that kept the scoring high. If someone wanted to shop here I’d say go for it, they are a legitimate company, I just noticed some things that won’t make me a returning customer.
